Top-notch. Reliable. Ethical. Thorough. Skilled. Reasonable. Hard-working. Meticulous. Accommodating. 5 Stars X 2. Above are some of the words I would use to describe Carlos & Yvette (and Team), the owners of Renew Painting. In a short period of time (the past month), I've utilized their service two separate times already. I have a rental property in Torrance but live almost 400 miles away. My decade-long tenants moved out, so I knew we had a lot to fix up. Painting the interior of the townhouse was one. I received a total of 3 quotes -- 2 were through a family friend who's a realtor and 1 through my own research -- Renew Painting. From the very beginning (estimate phase), Carlos and Yvette were wonderful to work with. We conducted everything through FaceTime, emails, texts, & phone calls. At no point did I feel uncomfortable being far away. I was even able to get Carlos to help me with multiple non-painting jobs around the house. His knowledge and skills are second to none. I did end up visiting the property the last day of the project and met their entire family! What nice people! Just this week, I asked Carlos and Yvette (Yvette's role is akin to a COO, making the operation run like a well-oiled machine) to help me with a small job at my property. They came through for me again. This dynamic duo is a pleasure to work with! Best of all, Renew Painting's prices are competitive, and quality is never sacrificed. Hands-down, if your home, apartment, building, or place of business needs a painting overhaul, Renew Painting is a must-call. I've sung their praises to everyone in the South Bay whom I know. Carlos has painted every room in my house, and all of my outside. He is the best. His work is impeccable and he even fixed cracks in my plaster. I seriously could not ask for a better painter and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Carlos for another wonderful paint job.

We contracted with Renew Painting to paint the outside of our home. Before contracting we got several quotes, and Renew Painting provided a very competitive quote compared to the others. They started the project on time, they showed up when they said they would every day, and they finished the job in less time than they originally estimated. They did an outstanding job. They were very thorough and very flexible. They worked with us to add additional tasks as the project progressed, and they used the specific paint that we wanted them to use. The paint job looks great!

We lucked out when we hired Renew Painting to paint our home's exterior! Carlos, Yvette and Team are professional, do excellent work and are so nice. Their work is top notch from start to finish! Our house looks brand new. Thank you again!

Carlos is just terrific! He is a real pro/ shows up on time, does a great job and stands by his work. If there is any problem, whatsoever, he will handle it with grace. Prices are very competitive. Highly recommend him!
