We used Reborn via Costco and would not recommend. Very sales oriented & will try to charge you as much as possible. But the moment you sign the paperwork, everything changes. The delay for the actual work was nearly 4 months. What was even worse is that there was a water leak that caused damaged and mold in the bathroom and closet. It was a nightmare, and it took closet to 6 months to get it fixed and the quality was bad. They just did not care & made the process difficult. Would not recommend...it's not about customer service with Reborn, it's about money...and if something ends up happening, good luck to you.

The project manager, Ohan, was courteous, thorough and detailed. He sent out Jose Rosas and his apprentice. Andrew Diaz were awesome courteous. They cleaned up their messes excellent work and good personalities on both of them. I would recommend these guys for any job you have to do for your kitchen. They were awesome. I think reborn cabinets for the excellent work they did.

Very disappointed, found this company being supported by Cosco. Buyer beware, way over priced. You sign a contract and give specific orders and they are not met. Requested that my 2 year old metal brand new tub be removed to install walk in shower. Only to find out it was cut in pieces. When contract stated Customer wants tub. Project manager Gustavo was never around for question and doesn't notify you of changes. 2 day project turned into a 5 day project. Knowing we only had One bathroom. I definitely do not recommend.

Jose Lizarde was the lead on my install in my San Francisco, CA home. He was on time, efficient and managed the project and staff very well. He kept me informed about everything. There were no surprises. He was very professional and so was the entire staff. My project was completed on-time 4/7/2023!

I purchased a walk in shower from Reborn its started out bad when I ask which day I wanted them to start because I am on dialysis and I wanted it installed when I was home finally we got it started on different day two days later, during the installation they said it would take 1 day it took a week they damaged my walls outside the shower they damaged my freshly painted walls and entry door they left my bathroom dusty and dirty I had to completely clean and mop the everything blinds, fixtures medicine cabnets

Great place to get ideas and work done! Been around since 1983, Olga is very helpful. I’ve also seen them inside of Costco, Trade Shows, LA and Oc County Fair.

Mi cocina necesitaba nuevos gabinetes y mi esposa y yo buscamos lugares donde nos pudieran ayudar y encontramos Reborn Cabinets en Anaheim donde hicimos una cita y donde todo fue a tiempo desde la cita que nos dieron hasta que terminaron Garret y Barret son dos muchachos que trabajaron duro y terminaron antes de lo programado los recomiendo mucho son muy limpios y cordiales dejaron el area de mi cocina limpia despues que terminaron dieron los retoques necesarios,muchas gracias por su buen trabajo.

Our 1970 kitchen needed an update. We chose Reborn and visited their Torrance Store. We made an appointment with Nora who came to the house and guided us with such patience, suggestions and knowledge. She was followed Reborn's engineer, Julio. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. After signing our contract we were guided each step of the way by our project manager Eric. He answered all concerns and was prompt with call backs. Reborn uses subcontractors for every step in recreating a beautiful kitchen. Each team did a good job. All were hard workers. Mauricio completed the project efficiently and the Quartz countertop looks beautiful. We recommend Reborn!

Do not waste your money. My wife and I used this company and spent $30,000. It took them a week to complete. Although the employees were very nice, the work is JUNK. You cant honestly get your kitchen redone by a cabinet maker for the same price. A lot of money for crap. Don't do it.
