This store is always well stocked but the cashiers always have a tendency to have personal inappropriate conversations in front of customers. While checking out, the cashiers were talking about someone else with both saying “I hope he isn’t gay. Surely he’s not gay right? I really hope not.” Not exactly an appropriate conversation to have in front of customers. I’ve witnessed such conversations during multiple visits. Not a fan of this.

This is the 3rd time I've come to the store at least 20min before closing and some lady just yells out the door "we're closed" and slams the doors shut. Very rude. If you aren't going to close at your normal time you shouldn't be advertising it as your "business hours". I just wanted some cookie dough...

Stay away. They’ve put the wrong price on an item, and guy sent me to his manager. She starts yelling at me while walking away. Crazy people at this store. Go elsewhere. Everyone had an attitude. No wonder it was empty!

I shop at this Ralph’s and feel like it is deteriorating on a daily basis. Today when I got to the cart area there were only 2 carts to choose from. The produce area was infested with fruit flies, they have self checkout that you can’t buy alcohol at yet only have one checkout open (lately a consistent sight). Also when I was leaving to my car I realized that it smells like human pee close to where I was parked. Pretty sad state of affairs.

This one star is for the loud bad music that you make your customers listen to. First, it's too loud and second it's not even good or pleasant music. It doesn't make me stay longer and want to shop there. In fact, I'm not going to shop there anymore. Who in your management department says to themselves, yeah, this is appropriate? Is it a store thing or a corporate thing?

I'm only giving this store a 2* because of their behind the counter meat department. The food just isn't that fresh. I picked up some fish and cooked it this morning and my kitchen still smells like fish 5 hours later. The day before I picked up the exact same fish from Sprouts and the difference is like night and day. I ended up throwing it out and went back to Sprouts today to purchase more and the scent of their fish is barely noticeable. I've purchased other meats, chicken breasts, and the quality just isn't there. The employees are great and have no other complaints from this location, just the smelly fish.

This is a smaller store, so I imagine it's tougher to manage. But, only one actual register open and almost everyone is lined up in self checkout? Also, with a smaller store they should not have as many isle displays, making it more difficult to maneuver carts through. Not well managed.
