The people at the meat department are so helpful. I've always received great service from them.

I had ordered a couple of cakes from them, and they turned out great. But most of the workers here are rude and have no manners. I go to another Ralphs, and they are amazing, and they remember their customers and greet them every time. This place never greets you. I will never go back to this Ralphs.
