The last 2 times I went to the pharmacy the female pharmacist was nicer than usual. Now I am not sure if this was the same one that I had issues with in the past- but I suspect it might be a different one. Either way, Kudos whether they hired someone better, or got their current one to be more polite, it's an improvement. Ernie is as always, the best pharmacist you could ever ask for.

I've been coming to this Ralph's for years . people that work here are super nice the stores always pretty clean. Always have lots of good stuff in stock and meat. Selection is good. Lots of fresh baked goods they just got done remodeling the store and everything is in order. How do you think it should be definitely like coming to the store. I swore to never return to this Ralph's after an uncomfortable incident with an aggressive outside sales guy set up in the store back in December. Well, I found myself here again and not only was there a table complete with annoying internet (?) salesmen harassing customers who were only there to buy groceries - but I also discover there's no express lane. I had 3 items and a choice between a line 6 people deep or a line with 1.5 people ahead of me - the woman just ahead of me had a cart loaded with over $250 worth of groceries. The right thing would've been for her to let me go ahead, but she did not. The actual right thing for Ralph's to do is open up an express lane! And enforce the limit! Either that or have the self checkout attendant checking IDs so people can purchase alcohol at self check.I don't expect stellar customer service anymore - those days are lonnnng gone - however I expect to be able to purchase 3 items within a reasonable amount of time! My child was with me and was starving, as was I. Cannot even begin to describe how infuriating this was!

SECURITY GUARDS ARE ON A WEIRD POWER TRIP HERE. They follow people around for no reason. Produce is good and employees are nice but just fix the security guard issue here.

Cashier Abigail B needs better customer service skills! I do Instacart a lot at this store. I have NEVER had a cashier tell me to bag my own items! To start off, she didn't even greet me. I had to greet her first. She then was going very slow, and in the middle of bagging walks to customer service. After coming back she bagged a couple of my items then stopped. She started to help the next customer. I saw my food still sitting on the counter so I then asked "Can I get more bags?" Abigail B. then said "Oh they're right there you can grab them." Not wanting to cause a scene I start bagging the rest of my items. Then she ask the next customer in Spanish "Would they like bags" and starts bagging their items, and ringing them out. This shows very poor customer service skills! I have worked in customer service for many years, and have never experienced this! Please teach Abigail B. customer service skills, and if she doesn't like being a cashier she can go to another department!

Definitely one of the larger Ralph's around which is nice, but the pickup orders are always late if you use those. They also seem to be priced higher than many stores.

Old lady at deli and chicken area has a racial discrimination and no one appreciates her. She's white and old with gray hair and looks unpleasant. I also feel she is not happy to work for deli at the market. What a poor lady. Sometimes, old doesn't mean a wisdom.

This Ralph's is by far the worst when it comes to check out services. They never have enough staffers to check you out ! The lines are half way down aisle and they still wont open up another check out stand. They definitely are not concerned about providing good customer service

I went here with my kid and waited in line. I didn't have many items. I didn't wait long at all. The cashier was rude and asked me why I waited in his line for an hour and a half. I don't know if he was mentally ill or what, but he was arguing with me that I was in his line for an hour and a half when I wasn't even in the store for 45 minutes! I haven't been back since.

Went to get fried chicken at the deli. The fried chicken Ralph's cooks for sale. Was waiting in line for over 25 minutes. 2 customers ahead of me. A white lady and a black couple if see cameras.. No harm no foul. But some big fat man came saw the line left and returned with a bald headed black man with glasses so could place his order. Cut in line... I'm like I am next . Ralph's attendant ignores me, prepares the food for the big fat man, okay at least I am next I think. Let it go lol... But fat man has a buddy who comes after and black dude with glasses has to leave cause some lady called him to attend elsewhere. Black dude with glasses if see cameras, tells other workers ring up the fat dudes buddy next. Just ignore me. WTF! WOW Happened at 5:30 pm 9/12/22 cameras caught it if doubt me. I thought go to supervisor but had elderly family waiting on me in truck. Thought I'll post it here to vent lol. I forgive their B.S. but that ain't right!! Discriminate and ignore ppl in line. Service sucks. Fried chicken clogs arteries decided to eat salmon. Look at the bright side lol.. Sureal to be ignored in line as served their buddies there. Ruins Ralph's good name like you know? 500-530 pm this happened.

This Ralph's store is nice. It's very clean, well stocked , and the produce and meat are very fresh. I love the deli too because they have a wonderful variety of really delicious sandwiches, cold cuts, and salads. I I love the hot food in the deli as well. My favorite are the spicy chicken wings and fried chicken. I love the pastries at the bakery, wonderful cheesecake and cheesecake bars. What I don't like about this store is the bad customer service. Many of the workers here act as if they have something better to do than help or serve you. I came yesterday to buy some wings for dinner at the deli. The girl acted like she was very annoyed to serve me. I just told her to give me a just little over a pound and she gave me attitude and unpleasantly and coldly said " I can only give you what's available." Why, I wasn't asking her to give me the whole steam tray! Just 1.5 pounds is all! And many of the cashiers too are lousy when it comes to service. Yesterday I went to a check stand with a female cashier who instead of paying attention to the next customer, she's busy texting on her phone. The Ralph's I usually go to in Carson has very nice employees who make the customers feel welcome and appreciated-the opposite of this particular branch. This branch needs to extremely shape up when it comes to customer service .

I would give no star if possible. Worst customer service. Self checkout registers are always broken.
