I was sent her via my Dr to get some labs done since they are further from me they thought it would be easier to come here. I came in as a walk in, there was only 2 people in the entire lobby myself included. It was 1pm when i came in and the very rude staff came out the door saw me there and said "if your a walk in just know you can wait here the rest of the day and I'm still not going to help you" I was in shock and asked for clarification as i didn't believe what I just heard and she again said "I'm here alone and I'm not going to help you so maybe come tomorrow but i still might not help tomorrow either because i'll still be alone" then closed the door to the back room. I left and never came back. If you can avoid this place its best to avoid it

I like the Quest lab in Torrance they was very quick very helpful compared to other Quest that I have been to and had scheduled appointments and they was never on time with calling you to do your lab

Be careful getting any blood tests done here. I had some tests that came out positive and really scared me and I went somewhere else and they were negative. I'm so glad I went somewhere else to get proper testing done.

Poor customer service and zero accountability within the establishment. Service for the sick should be held up to great standards. Waited for an hour as a walk in and they closed for lunch and told me I could come back. I did return only for my name to be removed from list while waiting in waiting area. The woman there said she called my name twice. It was just on screen at number two waiting. She said oh well I said your name twice you can check back in if you want but I don't know if we will be able to see you?!?!?! With good conscience how can anyone treat anybody this way. Especially everyone in need is here for their health. Can't find a number for management or anyone else.
