I came in with my partner on Friday night (October 20th) and the lovely lady whose name starts with an R (totally blanking on the name) was so helpful and nice. She truly made our experience enjoyable. She gave great recommendations and tips.

Stopped by for a new pair of sunglasses after losing mine. I was immediately greeted by the associates and was approached to ask if I have any questions. The young woman that helped me was very polite, friendly and gave me suggestions - even helping me with my final decision! Great experience!

A+ service from Mikaela today, add clapping sound effect. Came in here today with a pair of glasses issue, nose pad had fallen off. Mikaela took ownership right away, took the glasses as we looked around their bright well displayed store. Called my wife over, she had replaced both nose pads, only needed one, cleaned the glasses and told her to come back if you have any other problems. That's GREAT!! customer service. We left bowled over at what service we had just received, made our day. Thanks Mikaela and Quay. Australiaian word pronounced key.

Love, love, love Quay products! They are the best sunglasses I have ever owned. Well made with amazing lens that block out light without being too dark! I am such a fan I enjoy spreading the word and buying them for gifts. Shout out to Mikaela and her awesome customer service. I came in not knowing if they would be able to fix my missing nose pad. Not only did she replace the missing one she replaced both, adjusted my frames and cleaned them. Made my day! She was super friendly, helpful and kind. Everything you want from a service provider! I will definitely be a continued customer!

Great customer service. Mikaela and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the floor is set up nicely. I highly recommend shopping there!!
