Pup-e Tails is a wonderful pet grooming service in our town that has quickly become a hit with pet owners. The staff at Pup-e Tails is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they truly care about the well-being of every single pet that they get the chance to groom. My dog, recently had a great experience at Pup-e Tails. The grooming staff was very patient and thorough, making sure to clean Jack perfectly from his ears to his paws. The experience at Pup-e Tails was definitely memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch pet grooming service.

If you have rabbits, this is a great place to take your bunny for a nail trimming!! The lady did an amazing job!! So happy with the service!!

My dog ended up there for 6 hours. She is TRAUMATIZED. shaking and nervous. I get it. We walked in. They made it like it was an easy yes. She got picked up at 8:50pm (yes almost 9pm) and was dropped off around 2pm. Not to mention she’s all uneven. Underneath her tail still had hair and her ears are uneven and underneath her belly. Doesn’t looked brushed or combed out. Ponytail rushed. Didn’t even get close to what was asked (picture was included). She doesn’t smell like anything like did they use Dawn?? Also there was a lot of cats. So. NO. do not go.

Their schedule is flexible. No need to set up an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. The friendly staff makes a lot of difference as well.

People are nice. There are cats everywhere, brought my dog home, wife has been sneezing for 30min. Yikes. As I said, owner is nice, prices are fair, may not go back.

I brought in a rescue cat to be bathed today and am absolutely pleased with the results. He is super soft and shiny and looks like a new feline. Kim was super sweet and seemed very comfortable with the cat bathing. I would rather have a root canal than ever try and bathe a cat so I'm very thankful I now have PupETails to help me out in that area. Will certainly return and will recommend Kim to anyone in need of grooming. I also love that she has shop cats and I think that calms the feline "bath-ees" that are being brought in. Thanks again PupETails!

Came here today to get my two pits nails trimmed. Not only did Judy take her time and do a wonderful job, she was super duper sweet. Definitely coming back here for their nail trims. Everyone...ask for Judy!!

Worst experience ever! Not only did my puppies get a terrible grooming experience- but they also gave away one of our harnesses and leashes to another customer. Holy guacamole, please people it's not worth paying for their services. I thought it would be convenient since we live near by. You're better going somewhere else near by and paying more money for excellent services. One of my dogs has her face all screwed up. Don't come here!!!!!!

I called and made an appointment to have my cat groomed. I was looking for a facility that did a lion's mane cut. Appointment set. I arrived early and dropped off my cat and was informed it would take two hours. No problem. I came back to collect my baby and was told he wasn't ready. I asked how much longer and was informed that she was tied up on a personal call and hadn't even gotten to him . No I'm sorry . No phone call informing me that there was a delay. Now mind you Total travel time was approximately 80 minutes. Needless to say I collected my cat and left never to return .

It wasn't bad but I was not extremely satisfied either. The owner was very nice and you can tell she loves animals. I was looking for a last minute groomer and they took my baby right in. My dog was FILTHY as he was digging holes in my husband's granny backyard in LA and when I got home to Oceanside after I picked my Dobe up from Pup E Tails, I wiped him with a baby wipe and there was NO dirt! However, he did not look moisturized (owner did spray oil on him after I brought it up) and he did not smell like a bath (maybe unscented shampoo?). I also had to wipe his face because he still had eye boogers, but my Doberman's body was clean. If you're looking for five stars, I would recommend Sydnees Pet Grooming in Oceanside, if you are ever in the area. Pup E Tail, overall, is pretty good as well!
