Jay did a great job fixing my computer. Fixed bad hard drive, saved the data, rebuilt with a new solid state drive. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Best repair and upgrade I ever got my pc is working great and it is clean like I never dream before. Heck the pricing is not bad when I asked to upgrade my cooling fan. Worth the money and excellent service.

Just let this man go to work and he does the rest. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what he does. I called around to multiple locations and when I spoke with Jay I knew I was going to come to his place. Friendly from the get go and his communication is superb. I could not figure out the issue I was having and was hesitant to have someone else take a look at my rig. However, Jay identified why my PC wasn’t booting, explained everything in detail and gave me an explanation for how to address any future problems. His recommendations about my personal computer was enlightening. Thank you for brining my baby new life Jay. I am grateful and Pro Computer gained a new customer (if I ever have any future issues). Don’t waste time trying to figure out your PC problems on your own like I did. 10/10 recommend and just wish I would have came to Pro Computer sooner. Thanks Jay!

I did not know that it was by appointment only until I got there. When I called the owner he showed up within 15 minutes and repaired my PC while I waited.

I recently had a great experience at Pro Computer in a situation that could have been quite costly for me. My external hard drive crapped out on me and I took it to Jay to see if he could save the data. He was very personable and professional in explaining the whole process to me. Unfortunately, he could not save the data in the Level 1 stage and laid out for me what Level 2 and Level 3 data retrieval would do and how much it could potentially cost. He assured me that he would do his best to keep the cost down since data retrieval could get quite pricey. In the end, it didn't need to get to Level 3. He was able to retrieve the data at Level 2 AND at a very reasonable price, which I was very happy about. I like that I was able to support a small, local business with Pro Computer and Jay will be my go-to for any computer issues that I might have in the future. Thank you Jay!

Emergencies only happen on the weekend, right? Splashed water on my open-and-running MacBook Pro on a Saturday afternoon (cue horror movie shrieks). Every computer service place is closed. The Apple Genius Bar can't see me until the following Thursday. Yeah, like a wet computer can wait five days. But Pro Computer is open, and he says he can see me immediately. I drop it off, he opens up all the guts, takes a few hours to dry it all out, runs all the system checks, then blows out any lingering dust. Good as new. I won't post his price because I don't want to give confidential info to the competition, but let's just say I was expecting to pay a lot more than what he charged to save my computer. Oh happy day!

The absolute worst. BEWARE, They will take your computer parts and sale them if you do not pay them fast enough. The owner has a bad attitude and is normally rude to customers. They claimed to fix my laptop and returned it only to find out months later the same issues still existed

At Pro Computer I was able to get the assistance I requested. I needed Data Recovery services ASAP to recover files from a wet laptop and luckily when Jay tested the drive he said he could recover the data to transfer it to my external hard drive. It was ready by the following morning to pick up at opening hours and I couldn't be more relieved. Overall it was an excellent experience and at a reasonable price. If I need assistance with computer hardware again I'll definitely return.

All of the sudden, my I mac showed a message asking me to restart it all the time. After a few tries I realized that there was a problem with the computer. Unfortunately, I had not backed up all my drawings that I needed for work. I found Jay online, and I was very happy with his service. He was very patient and he was able to fix the computer and it works perfectly again. (I am posting from my son's account. My name is Stefani)

My laptop died suddenly; it would not turn on. It was such a big hassle and headache because it had all of my files and everything. At first I took my computer to Best Buy, OfficeMax, etc, trying frantically to have it turned back on. It was just out of the normal one year warranty period. Yes, the computer was only about a year old. I didn't expect the relatively new computer to break down that easily. I complained to Dell, but they weren't of any help. I can't say enough what frustration, headache and heartache all this caused me. So the story is that the after the diagnostics they (BestBuy, OfficeMax, and Dell) said something was wrong with the motherboard and it needed to be replaced, and that it would cost me about $300 just for the parts. I bought the laptop for $300. So I almost gave up fixing this computer, except that I needed the files badly. And somehow I got hold of Jay, who took my computer, and within 6 hours. he called me. I expected something like oh I'll order the motherboard and I could do it cheaper. Even with that, I was willing to just do it. But what he said was truly amazing. He said that he opened up the motherboard and was able to isolate the part that was short circuited. And he was able to just fix that. Just like that. And because he didn't have to buy the motherboard, he would not charge for the motherboard. He could have just white lied, come up with some legit looking invoice, or just give me an estimate. Even with that, I would've been very happy that my computer came back to life and that I fixed the computer for cheaper! Jay is an amazing guy. He is an honest, skilled computer person and if anyone is having a computer problem, I would heartily recommend Jay. Thanks, Jay.

Jay Thank you so much. I normally rely on my entrusted family for all my computer problems and they weren't available and so i had to venture out and contact Pro Computer. I'm always very nervous having someone else work on my computers but I had no choice (and now I'm very HAPPY). My hp laptop that i use primarily for work is a little older but has been running EXTREMELY slow for some time even after i did my own little system clean-ups. I'm SUPER happy with the work Jay did on my laptop he cleaned up the external portion, the insides and some of the computer systems. He even gave me some tips to keep me from wearing out my harddrive and my laptop speed is soooooo much better with the systems and internet.. Thank you Jay A TON for helping and putting my mind at ease ;) :)

Jay has gone out of his way to be of service, and he is always extremely helpful and pleasant. My computer gave me a lot of grief in 2014, and I thank goodness Jay was always available to help me. I would recommend him very highly!

My laptop won't start suddenly. I spent half a day trying a bunch of solutions on Google and YouTube, resetting the battery and such. Nothing i did worked. I drove around a couple of places for immediate help without much success. Fortunately, I found this place on my third attempt. Jay was able to help right away and diagnosed the problem and the computer was back to life in less than 20 min. Quite reasonable price also. I highly recommend him. He saved a lot of time and potential headache.
