When my father was on hospice, Premier Infusion was the pharmacy that sent over his medication. He was in a lot of pain and the process was quick and easy to get his medication. The intake representative was extremely nice and helpful. My family felt very supported during a difficult time. I only wished that we were provided a nurse from Premier as opposed to Torrance Memorial hospice(which was under my father’s insurance). We felt that our Torrance Memorial hospice nurse failed to inform my family that there was a possibility of my father potentially being non responsive after infusing the morphine.

Not sure they care about patients I'm actively seeking your competitors my nurse said you were the biggest company maybe that's the problem you guys can't focus on the quality you false advertise. If you were smaller and had more branches you would be able to actually hire people qualified enough to properly read orders. It's becoming a real problem.

I'm giving 1 star because they answered the phone the numerous times that I had to call - that's it. I'm supposed to be confident about being in the hands of a team of medical professionals who are in communication with each other and handling my case, yet no one seems to be certain of crucial pieces of information in order to do their job correctly; information such as, my weight, proper dosage of meds, when to draw labs , what supplies are needed and how much. I've had to facilitate communication several times on behalf of each of these team members that doesn't seem to know what they're doing and that's pretty unsettling. After this experience, I'd be hard pressed to agree to any home health care for any family member if this company is to be involved. If that's not enough, the nurse tossed the sharps container into the box of clean supplies and spilled blood inside the box and I had to clean up after her. Sorry not sorry but that's disgusting.

Premier Infusion & healthcare services have been amazing. My nurse Elias was so sincere and helpful in my aftercare after the hospital. The staff would reach out and call me to let me know my meds were on the way. Their delivery people were so sweet. Today my delivery was FedEx. I feel the delivery people were a little more compassionate because they knew I was receiving meds when they dropped off my package. Thank you everybody at Premier Infusion & Healthcare services, you guys are amazing!

My families experience with John F @ premier Infusion and healthcare services has been amazing over the past several months. The personal touch provided to us as we navigated through a very difficult situation with our family member meant the world to us. Thanks John F.

Don’t work here. They underpay their workers and there’s overtime every single day. With multiple requests of pay increase due to new contract the company is greedy and has continued to push back discussing whether a pay increase will be implemented. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I am so impressed and touched by the service provided by Premier Infusion. I got a problem with my feeding tube which I have to use everyday after my stroke. I tried every way which I can think of to solve my problem, but failed and I felt hopeless. Premier Infusion was my only hope when I called them. I was so fortunate that Mr.John Fugatt answered my phone call and he was so helpful and caring for my problem. He tried very hard and reached out to his supervisor who is so helpful as well to get my issues solved. I am so impressed and moved by their efficiency and professional work attitude. They solved my problem within 18 hours. I would like to express my sincere thanks to John, his supervisor and Premier Infusion from bottom of my heart!

I rate them a 2. They are bad with communication. With their nurses sending to ppl. The pharmacy dsn't listen 2 the problems you are having. They don't care how you are feeling and the pains you are having from the medications. Your feeling dont count!

We've even using Premier Infusion Services for my husbands home enteral feedings for 2 years, they're efficient, his formula arrives in time, the customer service has been outstanding, we've had to contact the pharmacy after hours and always are able to talk to a pharmacist that answers our questions. Recently we had a phone consult with their dietitian. Thank goodness they have made this transition and journey a little bit easier. Thank you to the staff at Premier Infusion.

Kaitlyn Dutcher is great. She is so helpful that I don't think I could get along without her. when she says she is going to do something she does it and right away. They helped me out from the very start. It was hard to get the right food for me, my body took a long time to get use to caned food, ( about 6 months) but they keep trying and then found one. It was Kate Farms Complete.

We have been using Premier Infusion Care for years for my daughters chronic illness. They are nice people that care! They don't always get our delivery correct (it's complicated) but when there is a mistake they make it right.

Premier was in charge of delivery of some antibiotics and home health supplies for my wife, who just delivered our baby) They stated delivery would be between 8pm-10pm, which already seems quite late. The delivery person (his name is Al) ended up arriving at 12am and completely reeked of smoke. To me, it doesn't make sense to schedule a delivery so late (especially deliveries which require a signature), as it seems like most of these deliveries have a chance of running late. I don't know how these home health deliveries are set up normally. To Premier's credit, their customer service line picked up every time we called from 10pm-12am on a Saturday. This was probably a fault of the delivery company they worked with (or more specifically, the delivery person Al, who's strong smoke stench was left on the boxes he delivered as well). However, this one experience left my wife and I stressed for her health, and I can't say we'll be feeling joy and comfort the next time we cross paths with Premier.
