Amazing shop with a lot of knowledge and experience especially with Teslas. I took my Tesla Y there for several things and came out better than anticipated. PPF, tint, emblem black out, dash from wood to black, tinted lights and Also fixed my rims from curb damage. Highly recommend them for all your car needs.

BE AWARE, SCAMMERS!!! I got quoted for window tinting with very attractive offer to show up in their shop to be quoted over 50 percent extra then said over the phone. To my understanding the shop has 2 owners which don't comunicate properly between one another. That is the reason why I put one star and I would not do business with those guys. BE AWARE!!!!

I can't speak for the quality of their work, partly because I requested a quote and they never responded back. I emailed another place and they were super responsive. I'll be taking my business there because it seems like they actually value new clients and want my business unlike here.

Got front window tinting, brake calipers painted, and some smoke vinyl added to my brake lights. Richard and his team did a great job with it. They do some quality work and if you're looking to get something done you can trust they will do it with their highly skilled team. I will return if I need any other modifications done on my Durango.

I picked up my Tesla Y today from Precision One Design and felt very good about my decision to tint windows and add protective coating to front of car. Richard is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to provide a quality service to his customers. It's especially important to me , as a woman to feel treated with respect and Richard and Tony both made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Tony proudly showed me the work that was completed and both he and Richard conveyed a level of customer service that is not often seen. I highly recommend Precision One and plan to have more work done.

After reading the great reviews online, I decided to go ahead and get my vehicle's windows tinted. I am very pleased with how this service turned out. My car looks much better and the tint performs very well by blocking a lot of heat. I would absolutely bring any vehicle that needs tint to Richard and his team. Based on Precision One Design's stellar Yelp reviews and initial in-depth conversation with Richard on 4/11/22, I was impressed and didn't hesitate to proceed with Full Car PPF (SunTek Reaction), Full Car 360 Ceramic Tint (SunTek), Gtechniq -Halo Flex Film Coating and Ceramic Coating - Interior for my brand new 2022 Tesla Model Y.My service appointment was confirmed for May 9th with Tony waiting for me at 9:00AM eager to answer all of my questions.One week later, picked up my car and it looked super pristine. These guys really do amazing work.Standard protocol is bringing the vehicle back in 2 weeks for a few hours inspection / typical minor touch-ups which went according to plan. Oh, thanks for the satin black Tesla emblems (front and back) Richard, they look awesome.In Summary, I'm a satisfied (now worry free) customer that appreciates the "attention to detail", beautiful job done by the skilled professionals at Precision One Design. I took my Tesla in for a full front PPF, ceramic tint and ceramic coating. Richard was super helpful and answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain the process to me. When I dropped off my car I had more questions and Tony took the time to explain everything to me and provided reassurance. I am really happy with the work that Precision One provided. Not only was their work super clean but they provide outstanding concierge customer service. They sent photos of the work being done and were always responsive. Richard, Tony and the crew are the best. I highly recommend!

This review is way overdue but definitely worth taking the time to appreciate the customer service and quality of work that Richard and his crew provided. My husband reached out to a few detailers and even though they were responsive, Richard was the only one who was consistent in responding to my husband's many questions about their process. Richard also invited my husband to stop by their shop and observe how they operate prior to committing with them. My husband took Richard's offer and after seeing their quality of care, we were convinced Precision One Design is the place to go. Pricing was very competitive - they're not the cheapest or most expensive either. However, the level of details and quality of work speaks volume. We had them do full PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Ceramic Tinting. Richard was very understanding and never focus on the money. He even went the extra mile to throw-in coating the interior, chrome delete on emblems, and coating the face wheels for no additional cost. Richard had us return the car after two weeks to inspect the quality of work. They also washed the car, which highlights the Ceramic Coating that was installed. We protected our other car with PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Ceramic Tinting but they were not as good as Precision One Design's work. This other detailer also had 5/5 stars with over 100+ positive reviews but Richard's work tops this other detailer tenfold. If you're in the market for these kinds of protection to your vehicle, we highly recommend to give them an opportunity by calling. You will not get disappointed. Thank you Richard and crew.

Richard did a great job at explaining his process and my options. I ended up powder coating my wheels and blacking out my tail lights. It was a quick process, and he stuck to the time frame given at the estimate. I will use Richard and Precision One again in the future. Five star experience.Service: Powder coating

Car looks great and keeps that new car sparkle just like we wanted. Gotta love that peace of mind when taking the car and parking it, scratches or door dings are less of a worry now that the car is fully wrapped. We need to protect our investment. Everyone at Precision One has been very friendly and helpful and the job they did was outstanding. After a month of being wrapped, the wrap and appearance of the vehicle is outstanding! Taking the vehicle back just for a follow up inspection to ensure everything is still good. That's good service, if you ask me. I would highly recommend Precision One because they are detailed oriented.
