Do it all store, drop your mail, send away returns, get a mailbox and buy a holiday card. It's inside the Vons and very good for getting all mailing errands done in one stop.

Best Passport Photo!Although, I am darker-skinned, I had not problem in the past having Passport photos taken at Autoclub. BUT, this year, I went to AAA twice, as well as a (won't name) professional photo shop and the photos were hideous. Nothing like me. This time I refused to fuss over my hair or any makeup and went to the PostalAnnex+ and the photo was fantastic.Regardless, of your skin hue, if you need a quick, professional and no-fuss Passport Photo and passport services, go here. They were kind, courteous, even offered to help me apply for the passport.I will go here again!!!

Great service! The owner is very accommodating and willing to assist customers. Service is prompt when sorting mail. I appreciate the owner's diligence to ensure the packages are received and sorted appropriately.

So happy that I found Postal Annex. Anytime I am shipping items, it is my go to for boxes and supplies. The owner is knowledgeable about his products, but also shipping regulations for the different carriers. Customer service is A++.

Like many others said ... this place only wants your money and unless you have something for them they will not accept your mail or packages. There are a lot of different mail centers near by that are much friendlier and actually take your mail. Many times I came here... no more. It's time this place leaves the torrance center.

Long story short, this place should not be allowed to conduct business in our city. They have unethical business practices and screw over people who do not use their monthly mail services. They will hold packages and not give them to fedex usps ups etc unless you pay them extra. They are holding your packages hostage. Do not trust this place with you mail. Also the main manager is a terrible human with no morals.

I went in to drop off my packages and came into store with the worker harassing an Asian male and telling him that he will not accept his packages. The worker referred to the male as "this guy" and was exceptionally rude and made the environment extremely awkward. I will not be doing business with anyone that refuses to do business based on race.
