“Superb customer service in an immaculate facility is much appreciated. Jay is competent, patient, and always conducts himself as a gentleman of the first order. Efficiency means short standing in line time! Answering every question and addressing each concern promptly, the lines melt away like ice cream in August when Jay and his worthy colleagues are at the counter!”
“I needed to go to the post office and this was the closest one to where I was at the time. I saw the rating and still figured I'd give it a go. Worst case scenario, I would just go to a different post office. However, I had a great experience here. Very few people, parking was easy, and when I went inside; there was no line. Are you kidding me!!! That's incredible! I did go in the morning, so I don't know if that was a contributing factor. There were two women working and both were great; friendly and ready to assist! I just needed to drop off a prepaid package and the woman who was helping me, gave me clear directions (where to drop it off) and was super polite and thorough.”
“They have several ways to send out packages that don't require you to wait in line: saves so much time. Parking lot is a one way which helps keep people moving. Generally clean. The people there are kind. What more do you want”
