I took my 7 month old golden retriever pup in for his first grooming experience and we are very happy! I called mid-day on a Sunday and was able to make an appointment in less than an hour.When we arrived, the people there took my pup in right away and were so sweet with him. They were able to work with his playful puppy energy. I got a call within an hour letting me know he was ready to go home, and he was happy and clean!Will definitely return

New to the area, and tried this place out. AMAZING experience. My dog is older and gets nervous with just about everything. The woman cutting his nails sang, YES SANG to him to comfort him. I will ALWAYS bring my dog here. 10/10

NOT RECOMMENDED!She messed up my puppy’s hair cut and never accepted and apologized.I don’t what they did to him but he was so annoyed and traumatized when I picked him up.I couldn’t even touch him for few hours because he was so annoyed.He had some redness mark and wound under his belly.His paws were red because of the unprofessional paw shaving.Never take your pet there.

I have taken my dog skittles here twice and I am very impressed in the quick customer service response.Thank you to the owner or staff that helped me. I would recommend my friends who have dogs to your location.What to expect when you come here:1. Plenty of parking space2. Amazing customer service3.They will contact you when your dog is done4. Brought my 17 year old mini schnauzer mix to see Mike at Pooch Pride for the first time today and am so happy with the care and kindness showed to him and the results of his grooming. He was really overdue for grooming, but Mike had him done in two and a half hours . The haircut looks fantastic and my little fella is all well groomed (ears, nails, etc.).Our other pup has a date at Ppoch Pride tomorrow

I'm a Realtor from Orange County and I was doing an Open House in Torrance. I drove by Pooch Pride Grooming, read the Yelp reviews, and didn't hesitate to drop off Osito for a bath. They did a great job. He looked so cute with his bandana around his neck. They were super friendly and kind to him and I was able to pick him up at the time they promised to have him ready. I cannot say enough good things about them. And the fact that they are open on Sunday is a HUGE BONUS. Thank you so much!!!

My dog, Theo, is shy about everything. We tried three different places. They did not finish the grooming because he did not let them. But at this place, they complete a job exactly what I asked, even though it takes longer than usual. I appreciate how they are patient with my dog.

I recently got a pomeranian puppy a few days ago and realized she needed to get her nails clipped because they were super long. All the grooming places I called didn't allow walk ins and were booked weeks out. I needed this done ASAP and luckily for me, Pooch Pride Grooming had an appointment available the day of. The people who work here are SUPER nice. This was my puppy's first time at the groomer and although she was crying a little bit, I could tell the people who worked here were trying to calm her down and be gentle with her. After they were done my dog was happy and wagging her tail like crazy. Their prices are VERY reasonable and are based on the weight of the dog....in my case I only paid about $12-$15 for the nail trimming. I loved how gentle they were with my puppy so I booked an appointment for a full grooming session in a few weeks.

They are very friendly here and great with my 10 year old husky Luna. I have been taking her to get baths and nail trims here for the past 6 years and never had any issues. I am always able to get an appointment in less than a week and sometimes even the same day on weekdays. Luna always comes out super clean and with a cute bandana!
