Not interested in filling my RX.Rude service and unwilling to call my Dr.for getting my medicine refill!! The whole experience took a week and I had to keep calling and asking and waiting for them to get my meds that I needed.I recommend that you shop at another pharmacy and avoid the headache and aggravation!!

Found plaza pharmacy in thousand oaks, a few years ago by searching: pharmacy near me.The employees there are so nice, personable, and professional, plus they even always remember your name.Today, they went above and beyond, though! John (and team) took extra time to find a special manufacturer coupon that knocked the $300.00 + rx price down to just $30.00.That's my kind of pharmacy!If you like to do business with good people and a company that is locally owned and operated, then I highly recommend Plaza Pharmacy.

Very rude, unprofessional. They gave me a WRONG PRESCRIPTION. The lady called and told me that we gave you a different one, you come back the store to pick up the correct one with no apology. Their English is not professional. When I picked up the correct one the pharmacist guy started excuse that was his fault. He was misreading the prescription. And found his prescription instruction was wrong. I called my Doctor's office to make sure the instruction was a totally different story. Worst pharmacy I have ever known.

I am so grateful to find this pharmacy. I came across it quite by accident - it is located across the hall from my primary doctor. I first went in there to ask about a booster shot for Covid. I was waiting for service behind another customer - leaning on my walker. The pharmacist came out from behind the counter and pointed out to me that my walker was not assembled properly and was too low for my height! He promptly started fixing my walker right there in the store - height, brake lines, and wheel connections! What great service is that! And what a difference the higher walker has made in lessening my back pain. I ended up getting my booster there and have since been back for various sundries. The individuals working in this pharmacy are all just as helpful as the pharmacist, Mr. Kim. Give this place a try, and you will look forward to returning. Thank you, Plaza Pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about the last four years and I respect the willingness and do diligence that they go well beyond what one would expect has been my experience. If you are looking for great service as well as a kind and thoughtful as well as caring individuals, you need not look any further. Well, it says something that the pharmacist does respond to Yelp comments, see if he does here, but my rating is based on my experience so I'll see what they say. I first got it confused with VM pharmacy but instead of trying to convince me to use theirs he quickly dismissed me and told me to call them (saw another review where they didn't want to fill prescription) but came back to them because you could call them as late as 3 to get same day delivery.At first the assistant tried to talk me out of using them as the Pharmacist was going to lunch but she finally decided to help, but no one called back to tell me that they were going deliver it. When I called back the pharmacist seemed very abrupt and curt (it could be a language thing though-people sound that way when not fluent) when I tried to explain the directions as I lived in a large complex, he told me the delivery guy would call. Later on I realized my billing address was for an entrance on the other side of the complex and that the side closest to my unit had a different one, so I had to call back so they would come to the right entrance and decided to talk to the assistant as she seemed nicer and while I was explaining to her the correct address to drop it off the driver came in and I heard her tell him correct address (want to make the point that she told me that he would NOT come to my door but had to meet him at the curb so didn't give him the directions in the complex.)When he called it sounded like he was going to the original street which was right around the corner so thought it odd he mentioned that but had heard her give him the right address while on the phone so was confident that he knew where to go but of course he didn't and we were both waiting at different places (thank god for cell phones.) The upshot was he probably didn't understand what she was saying so that caused wasted time on both of us.So come here if you can only speak Korean or need same day delivery and order late (most others make you order by 12) otherwise for better more efficient service close by is VM pharmacy (also offers free delivery, nicer people) and Pacifica Pharmacy who does compounding based on my and another reviewer, they seem to want a Korean clientele only.
