I made an appointment with this salon while being out of state. I called 24 hrs in advance to let them know I would not be able to make it due to a family emergency. I rescheduled and due to issues I was running late to the new appointment. I didn’t even get a chance to call them before they sent me a rude message saying they won’t take me as a customer anymore and to find someone who will accept me canceling. I explained that I had genuine emergencies and offered to pay more but they were not able to help. I am not left without a groomer for my dog before they go to our wedding. I have no issue with their work but they offer no flexibility even in true emergencies.

I highly recommend Pink Pucci. I've taken my dogs to several groomers over the years and this groomer is by far the best.

I liked that I could get in same day.I know the standard price for a small dog. It’s not cheap.Mine is only 8 pounds. She’s also really docile. I asked for a medium length Morkie cut.She looks nice.I kind of wish they would have cut her ears a bit shorter. Which is standard for a Morkie.I didn’t say anything at the time. But they get in her food.Brian was polite and accommodating.I love that it’s spacious. She was in a nice size area with no other dogs when I picked her up. Like a nice pen.Not in a cage.Overall, a pretty good experience.

Oreos first hair cut was here, and still is. Very nice people and I feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. And they do amazing job?

We’ve been taking our small terrier mix dogs to pink pucci for years. They’re one of the only places that knows how to cut little mutts fur as cute as possible without trying to make them look like designer dogs. Plus my dogs don’t panic when we drop them off or pick them up!

The WORST experience we've EVER had at a groomer's!!!They shouldn't even be in this industry.I called before I arrived and was told a nail trim for my dog would be $12.I drove eight miles to get there.They immediately took my dog to a room with a reflective window film and asked what number I could be reached on, once they were done.I asked him how long would it be and he said 10 minutes, so I waited inside.Within 30 seconds of them clipping, he began yelping.I turned to see what was going on and he was moving around trying to get away from the groomer.Then she called another woman in to help hold him.Now, you would think these "groomers" would understand how to handle a puppy. That they would be caring and gentle.Well, they weren't. They didn't talk to him prior to clipping and try to relax him and they got an uncomfortable dog.In the middle of clipping his nails, one of them claims he bit her. Yet she kept clipping. **He's never bit a groomer before and I don't know that he bit her either.**After it was done, the guy asked me to pay $22; $10 extra for the "bite". ?I flat-out refused.There are precautions that MUST be put in place when a person is grooming a dog, especially when they are unfamiliar to it!I paid the $12 with my credit card and was told by her via the guy that we were not welcomed back.I told him, I wasn't planning on coming back anyway.They are incompetent, unprofessional and unqualified!

I took my furry buddy to Pink Pucci Dog Grooming, Training and Daycare and it was pawesome, haha! The staff were friendly and clearly love dogs. my pup looked and smelled amazing after the grooming. the trainers were patient and helped us make progress with my dog's behavior. Highly recommend Pink Pucci to any dog lover!

Pink Pucci is the perfect place to give your pup a fancy grooming experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and my dog not only looks great after each visit, but I know that she has a good and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

First time here and we had an amazing experience. Booking was fast and easy!Drop off was simple and the grooming session only took two hours! I was called when he was ready and as you can see, he came out very handsome!

My dog Otis has been coming for months! We love this location because they cover all special grooming. Otis is a bit of a handful but they always let me know that he was well behaved. Hey even offer day cover services which is really convenient. I would highly recommend this place ????

They did a great job with my dogs bath! I was able to get in the same day for a bath. They put cute bows in her hair and the service was very quick!

Pink Pucci Dog Grooming did an excellent job. I took my puppy in today and The front lady was super nice, understanding, and overall had a excellent customer service. The workers who groomed my puppy did a good job as well, they were very delicate with her and she came out smelling good and clean the process was easy. I definitely would recommend them!

I’ve been bringing my 2 dogs here for years and I’ve never had a problem with them! Customer service is always great! I am always satisfied with their results after my dogs grooming services!
