I am brand new to Pilates, and my instructor Alec is just the best! Alec makes you feel very comfortable, and also confident when it's time to up the weight. Alec has made me fall in love with Pilates. The studio is also very clean and organized, and parking is easy! Can't recommend Pilates Effects enough!!!

I’ve been coming to Pilates effect for about a month now and the change I feel and see in my body is amazing. I feel more stable in my everyday activities. I have less lower back pain. Joyce, Angela and Antigone have been great and patient!!!

Attended my first class this morning at 5:30 AM with Joyce, and it was absolutely wonderful. Her thoroughness, instruction, and years of experience is unmatched. I purchased the 3 private training sessions, as I'm a Pilates newbie, and cannot wait to get the fundamentals down.
