Petite Tail Dog Grooming

She'll take careful notes so if you have certain likes/dislikes be sure to let her know. I tend to ask for a non-standard Schnauzer cut that has evolved over the years. Most importantly, I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care.

I can definitely count on dog food. It felt small inside with limited options for a variety of things I needed that day. BUUUUT Staff members are super friendly. Nice environment. Clean environment. Plus, THE GROOMERS ARE ALWAYS GREAT TO MY DOG AND I. My dog is a very nervous dog, and she comes out happy every time. SO HAPPY WITH THEM.

We needed to find a groomer pretty quickly and Lovely Dog came up in the top 5 in our area in Redondo. Sarah and team were friendly, professional and provided options for Kona. Their location was easily accessible and their assessment and treatment of our lab was top notch. We are life long dog owners and as we all are, want the best for our pups. We totally recommend Sarah and team. Their name is perfect...Your pup will come home as a 'Beautiful Lovely Dog'.

Adorable Pet Grooming Salon

I feel super safe leaving my little cavapoo puppy here, and his most recent haircut was so adorable my boyfriend and I have been giggling and snuggling him for days over it. He’s so cute!

My sweet little Olive always comes home in a good mood and with an adorable “fur”cut … I was taking Olive to the vet multiple times every summer to the ER for blockages and it turns out it was her fur! Rose has remedied that for us and has been so kind the whole way. No ER visits since and Olive looks adorable! All my neighbors stop and giggle and have to pet her now. It’s the cutest thing ever. We found Dashing Doggies as they are close by, so we called and made an appointment! We were not disappointed! They had great availability, the price was in line what we had been paying at a salon, and most importantly, for us, we needed to have someone come to us. It was a great experience! We have two dogs and they both were groomed. They both look adorable! My poor baby is almost 15 yrs old and has arthritis in her back. She did the most thorough exam I think I've ever had. She offered me multiple options to help with some of the concerns I had. She even prioritized things for me and wasn't pushy about doing all of it now knowing that I don't have a lot of money. She really seems to care about the animals and really wants people to help their animals the best they can. They are also reasonably priced. I will be recommending her to everyone! Thanks Dr. Norby

18837 Hawthorne Blvd, TorranceI can't say enough about the amazing team at BARC. My senior French Bulldog Kirby goes for physical therapy and acupuncture and they have provided top notch care. She recently had an IVDD flare up and bounced right back which I believe is due to the care she has received during preventative PT and accupuncture sessions. It's amazing to see my dog getting bursts of puppy energy due to the program here. Everyone on staff is always so perceptive to the pets' needs as they evolve. The entire team is also simply wonderful, caring, and kind. They have created a very positive environment. Thank you BARC!

18512 Hawthorne Blvd, TorranceDr. Abigail Elliot and the Country Hills team are the best! Not only do they lovingly care for my own indoor cats, they recently helped us with an outdoor stray cat that we had unofficially adopted.
Curly Boy showed up on our doorstep night after night for months. He had no collar, and it seemed as though he was abandoned. For over a year, we fed him and even housed him in our heated front porch cathouse. He would spend all of his time in our yard and cuddling with us on our outdoor couch. We came to love him very much, as if he was our own.
One day came that we noticed he was injured and had a bad limp, so we made the decision to bring him inside in order to protect him from predators. We made an appointment with Dr. Elliot to have him examined later in the week. Meanwhile, he spent his days filled resting in comfort on our bed and watching TV with us. He adapted to indoor life well and he was living the life of Riley. Slowly, but surely getting better.
We brought him to Dr. Elliot and she carefully examined him, finding that he had improved since we had brought him inside. While we were there, we wanted to have him scanned for a microchip as well. He had seemed domesticated, we knew he was fixed, but all other signs led us to believe he had been abandoned. Sure enough, he had a chip!
As it turned out, he HAD been abandoned… although, not intentionally. His name was Kylo and his owners once lived on the next street over from us. He had gone missing two years prior, and sadly the owners had to move away 6 months after that. For us, that was around the time he started hanging around more often. Poor little guy was homeless, so he latched onto us tightly.
Anyway, Dr. Elliot spent a good amount of time examining Curly Boy a.k.a. Kylo, she offered medical advice, and helped us locate the long-lost owners. She even allowed us to wait past closing time to meet with the owners, and all of it was free of charge.
It’s very clear to us that Dr. Elliot cares deeply about animals. She is very professional and compassionate. I will always trust her with my fur babies. Thank you Dr. Elliot & Team!
P.S. As for the owners, they were shocked to discover that he was alive and well. He had belonged to a 12 year-old girl, who was devastated when he went missing. The girl is 14 now, and she cried tears of joy to have her Kylo back. It was a very happy ending for Kylo and his girl! ♥️

951 W 223rd St, TorranceI have a large, sometimes dog aggressive, Akita. Due to this it is hard to find places for her to stay. All star pet resort has been my go-to kennel. Yes, it is bare bones but don't let that scare you. Each dog has an indoor/outdoor private run and it is a great price. My dog is sooo happy every time we arrive because she loves all the people that work there. Melinda at the front desk knows her by name and we always feel welcomed. I'm just not sure. They specialize in barrel-fermented sour beers here. Although personally, I can't say those are my favorite types of bears, I found plenty of them from this place that I really enjoyed. The folks here are very friendly, and I think a few of my friends are personal friends of the people here. The vibe was super chill on my visit. This was my first trip to the new location and it was for a special raclette night - which they have from time to time and I missed the last one at the old location. I ordered the raclette platter (potatoes, caramelized onions, mushrooms, pickled peppers) with prosciutto. it was so delicious and especially for a very reasonable price. I got to enjoy it with some of their beers which pair really well. I even got to try one of their newer beers that they just produced and was less acidic and sour than their usual offerings. I really enjoyed that one a lot!
