Came in to ask if they can replace my driver side mirror because it was damaged and hanging off, got a quote and approved the costs and told them to help me asap. I waited a few days and messaged one of the workers (dark mexican with tattoos) a few times and he never replied back to me. Very unprofessional and wasted time just waiting for a reply back. If you're not serious about working then don't work at all, easy as that.

Customer service and the quality of work were excellent. My car looked great. I was beyond pleased with their work. Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.

I was referred here by a good friend, who raved about the quality and value. I was not disappointed. Arnold and his team did an outstanding job repairing multiple areas of body damage on a 2014 Toyota Corolla for a price that was significantly lower than another bid. The work was done on a timely basis, and Arnold gave me regular updates to keep me informed about the status of the repair. The car looks absolutely beautiful. I have never had a more positive experience with a body shop, and I have been to many over the years. I would definitely recommend Perfection Auto Collision.

Had such a great experience! They did such a great job on my vehicle, it was way more than what I had expected. They for sure topped off my expectation & I couldn’t be anymore happier with the work they had done. They kept me updated throughout the process & overall I was beyond satisfied. I am grateful to have come across this company because I could finally say that I had found a shop I could trust to get work done for my vehicle without them trying to up charge me. Highly recommended!!! You will not regret it! All employees are nice & very thoughtful. Will for sure come back again if I ever need to modify my car.

I just took my Camry for body work, windshield and painting after having a brick hit my car on the 110 freeway. It was the second body shop I went to and I wish I went to them first! Arnold is nice, easy to talk to, explains everything and very confident with the whole insurance process. My car looks stunning! The paint is beautifully blended, it looks like a new car and they finished the work on time!Services: Painting

Loved my experience! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable body shop :) Very professional, easy to communicate and very helpful. They handled my repairs for an insurance claim expertly and did an amazing job! When I got my car back it was spotless and super clean, which was an amazing bonus. They even gave me recommendations for some other issues I was having outside of the regular repairs. Very reasonable and extremely fair prices.I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future repairs! They’re super fast, and were very flexible with my schedule. Great shop. They do amazing work. Very professional and easy to work with. These guys can do anything! Better than going to the big corporations where they just do it fast but don't know if it is done right. I always feel that the mom and pop shops still hold the family values and do the work because they love it. Not just because they need a job. I would definately recommend them!!!

I took my Datsun 280z here after being hit in a parking lot. The other party admitted fault and their insurance paid for the repair. I had gone to other body shops before, but this one was the best. The responses I got were quick, easy to set up a drop-off appointment, and the work was done quick. I could not be happier with the process. Jessie helped me with everything and I cannot be more thankful for their help!
