100% Ditto about Wendy. I have a 4 year old Prime 1800 U scanner that did not work after about 9 months of not using. I thought the problem might be the driver since both my wife and I have new laptops, one with Vista and the other with Windows 7. We left Wendy a voice message and she called back after only 30-minutes (much to my surprise). After having horrible customer service problems with other computer and electronic device support it was an amazing and positive experience to be able to listen to Wendy walk me through multiple software fixes to get rid of the old stuff and install the new stuff. End result, my wife and I now can simply plug in the scanner and continue with 2000 remaining slides. It could have been very easy for Wendy to say our device was dead and suggest we buy something new. She did not do that and I wanted to post this review so anyone that reads it will know just how honest and reliable Wendy is.... and a credit to her company for whom she has worked for 15-years. I purchased a scanner from this company years ago and love it. I have been using it to scan my fathers old slides and it does a wonderful job. This Christmas, I upgraded my laptop and found that I was having trouble loading the scanning software on to my new laptop. It seemed that my operating system didn't support the installation disk. I contacted the company and they responded within 24 hours with an explanation and a download on how I could fix my problem. When I had another question and emailed again, the same person, Wendy, was quick to respond and provide me with the information I needed. I am very happy with my scanner and with the service I have received from this company. I am happily scanning my father's slides and preserving my families memories! I would definitely recommend their products to anyone looking for a scanner for their personal slides and/or negatives.
