I was very satisfied with everyone who helped me at the Alaska Ave. location. I scraped my car on a landscaping boulder on the door and back quarter panel. The work was completed ahead of schedule and looks great!

I closed my automatic garage door on the hatch of my 6 month old car. I was referred by my insurance company to 2 places. I chose to get the estimate from Crash because they answered the phone. I already had decided I wasn't going to use them because my dealer recommended someone else.
l made an appointment and received an immediate text confirming. When I got to Crash I was assigned Isaiah Gonzalez. He spent the time he needed to assess the damage and give me a written estimate of cost and verbally a time frame. I decided to leave it right then. Every step of the way I received updates, that they were working on it, that they would be finished early, that the estimate had to be raised slightly to include all emblems that had to be removed before painting. I dropped it off on Tuesday and got it back Thursday! Granted, it wasn't a huge job but, anytime a company gives that kind of service, unfortunately, I am shocked. They used my vin to match the paint perfectly, which of course was some sort of "special coating" paint. It's perfect and my experience was too. Bonus....they had me leave my rental there and had Enterprise come pick it up.

This review is based on customer service, wait times, and the overall vehicle assessment experience. I chose this Mercury Insurance-approved body shop after being rear-ended, as the reviews were positive. From the start, the front desk staff (I noted her name but misplaced it) was welcoming and informative, which put me at ease.
During my first visit, I had the damages inspected, then took the car home while waiting to hear back from Mercury. Though Mercury took some time to respond, Crash Champions stayed in touch with regular updates. Once I received the damage estimate, I brought the car back for repairs, only to be informed that it would be totaled instead.
When I returned to collect my personal items, the team was understanding, giving me plenty of time to clean out my car and say a proper goodbye—after all, I had been with my car for 14 years!
Across the three visits—from damage inspection to clearing out the vehicle—the wait times were very reasonable. The first visit took about 5 minutes, and the following two visits had waits of around 20-30 minutes each. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the process.
Overall, I appreciated the attentive customer service and clear communication during what could have been a stressful experience.
