Don't ever buy a mattress at this place ortho does not stand by their word I had to replace my mattress at a fee of $60 to help them come out and I was forced to buy another horrible mattress at their store read the reviews at orthomatrist they are horrible all of the mattresses dip unless there over 5000 stay away from these people they are crooks

Ortho mattress needs to listen & help with making sure their delivery system accommodates their customers…we purchased a mattress with delivery that would be sent to Catalina Island…the Avalon freight is open from 7:30am to 4pm…their contracted delivery(is it?) refused…they would only come between 5 &9pm…what a crock…I’m returning to the store to cancel this deal & find a mattress where they work within normal parameters…they should be aware of this at the store level…

I was in need of a mattress as soon as possible. I came into your location and was super happy with your sales rep Anthony super helpful and got things done quick and easy. I was in there for about 20 mins or less and left w a large purchase happy ;) definitely recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! Not only was the staff friendly, but they were also patient, knowledgeable, and honest. We were shown enough options to make an informed decision, not forced out coerced to make a purchase we were less than comfortable making.

My mom has been looking a while for a mattress. We were warmly greeted and made comfortable by Kyle at this Ortho mattress store. He was never pushy and listened attentively to what we needed. He showed us everything in the store and allowed us to try different mattresses. Even though we felt that Kyle was the perfect guy to buy from.... we needed to have a comparison and he was very cool about it. We ended up coming back and buying from Kyle! He gave us the best possible price for the mattress my mom wanted. I also have to mention the delivery which was a bonus cause it was included in the price of the mattress and no restocking fee if we ever need to exchange it (They give you 30-100 days). The delivery was prompt and the guys were very helpful. They set it up for my 85 year old mom. She's very happy with the whole experience. We will certainly recommend this store to our friends and relatives! Great price and customer service!!!

I was looking for a new queen hybrid mattress and David, an amazing employee, helped me find the perfect fit for me. He was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the various options available. They also have bed frames/headboards that are customizable you can look at in a pamphlet and see if those are for you. I ended up leaving with a mattress arrival date, an allergy bed protector, and a great experience all thanks to David.

Went in today in hopes of purchasing 2 beds. Was greeted by Stephanie while she was helping another family.I was quickly assisted and I purchased the Continental Medium in Queen and Continental Firm in Queen size for the family. Both beds came with a great buy with their adjustable platforms with Remote Control.Thank you Stephanie!!!

First let me start off with David Fleischman who facilitated our mattress buying experience. I had done some research prior and we had decided that we wanted an Aireloom mattress based on it quality in manufacturing and the hundreds of positive reviews, the fact it is made in the USA this was our top choice. David is knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and patient. He made the experience seamless. I would not hesitate to work with David again. After we explained our back issues, sleep issues (side sleepers) our age related aches and pains, etc. He pointed us in the direction of an Aireloom mattress best suited to our specifications. Aireloom is one of the best made in the country and it is pricey but considering we have been through 5 mattress in five years we decided to get it right this time. AND WE DID! The BEST Mattress we have EVER EVER EVER slept on. We wake up rested and no more stiff and achy mornings. The difference is Night and Day. With their interest free financing this purchase was painless and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Only regret we didn't do this sooner.

The service you receive from the people working in the Ortho Mattress store is very good, they allow you to take as much time as you need to try the different mattresses and explain to you the differences and the prices. However, when you arrange delivery, the quality of service takes a nosedive. I arranged to have my new bed delivered on New Year's Eve because of the number of rainy days we had. The delivery was supposed to occur between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. Around 5:30 PM, I called the delivery department to find out if they were still coming. They did show up after 6:30 PM, however, when they called me to tell me they were at my building and could not get into our security building, I went to the front door to let them in. I walked around and I did not see them or their truck. When I called them back, they did not answer their phone and I left a message telling them I could not locate them. They did call me back and told me they were now in front of the building they had gone to a different driveway, according to them. When they unloaded the truck and entered my unit, they were not wearing booties over their shoes as I requested in the store, and it was noted on the invoice because I have new carpet in my bedroom. In addition, they pulled off the plastic and opened the box in the interior hall outside my unit and did not clean up after themselves and I had to go and clean up the mess they left in the hall after they left. After, contacting their customer service department, I have had to decrease the stars to two. First, when I called, there was no one to answer the telephone, even though I called during business hours around 11:30 AM. A lady did call me back who said I left a message. When I informed her, I did not leave my name or telephone number; how did you know what my phone number is; apparently, they have caller ID on their phones. She would not listen to what I had to say; she kept cutting me off and arguing with me. She gave me excuses why no one answered their phones and did not want to listen to what I wanted to tell her about their delivery service. Even though, they may have good quality products and knowledgeable people in their stores. After, what I had to go through with their delivery service and their attitude in their offices, I would never buy anything from that company again or recommend them to anyone I know. If you decide to shop there, good luck to you.

Kristin was the sales person who was helping us figure out what kind of mattress to buy. She was awesome. Very helpful in educating us about mattress selection and the benefits of the different mattresses. She was very patient with us because we were taking forever to make a decision. Who knew there was so much to learn about mattresses? So many different kinds. We didn't realize how often a mattress needed to be replaced. After stumbling onto pictures online of the dust mites and bed bugs that can be found in a bed after many years, it kinda grossed us out. So we got a new bed and a new mattress protector to hopefully help prolong the life of our mattress and prevent gross bugs from hanging out. Anyway, thank you Kristin. You were very kind and patient with us. Sorry we took so long. We are sleeping great! I will pass on the good word about your excellent customer service!

This maybe the 2nd store we went to for our mattress search. As we walk inside Ortho mattress store, we were greeted warmly by David. What was good with our experience here is that David showed us what will be best for us. No hard sell and no fancy gimmicks. We are actually very happy with our purchase and we love our experience here. Thanks David for being just upfront and helpful. The purchase was easy! Good job!
