I want to O’Reilly this evening, April 25, in need of help changing wipers. Sounds simple, right? NO.. it was for my wife’s Range Rover and nothing is easy on those. Noe was there to help/ change it with ease. He was beyond professional and courteous. Thank you Noe!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here for a something urgent at 8:55 on a Saturday. They were closed, door locked no one in sight… their upper management may not be be happy to know they close early. Won’t be going here again out of principle

I'm now a big customer fan of O'Reilly Auto store. The salespeople are the best and helpful!! Sorry that they have to work late but it was a blessing to me to purchase power steering fluid at 8:30pm.

They had a rear wiper Auto zone did not have. Although it was not in stock, they were able to order it and it came the next morning. No complaints, the guys were very helpful. I will be going back, sometimes Auto zone is not enough.

I frequent this location regularly when I need something. I've always had good experiences as they are knowledgeable and very helpful. So, My check coolant light came on in my car today and normally I can fix the issue myself, but I had never done the coolant before. I called O'Reilly's and spoke to Robert, and he said bring it down and I'll take care of it. So, I drove down. Robert was so nice sold me the coolant and also filled up the coolant in my car. He was so nice and helpful and that's hard to come by these days. Let's be honest, so I just wanted to give him a . So, if you need any car help, I suggest going to O'Reillys on PCH.

I needed to have my automobiles trouble codes detected. I went to the o'reilly's store at 1213 West Carson Street, Torrance, CA. 90502. I asked the two employees behind the desk if they could check my car's trouble codes. One of the employees asked me if the check engine light was on, I said no. That same employee told me that if the check engine light was not on, then the scan would not return any results. I asked this employee if he could check it anyways and he said no, it's a waste of time because without a check engine light being on it would not give any codes. Right then, I remembered that in the past I had problems with customer service at this same store. I left this o'reilly's store, got into my car in the parking lot and started to drive away. I looked back at the store and I could see those two employees standing at the windows staring at me driving away. I thought that was really strange behavior. I drove directly to AutoZone afterwards and asked the AutoZone employees the same question, the AutoZone employee walked me out to my car, plugged in his tool and found out that there was one code that came up. The AutoZone employee even took the extra step to print out the results for me. I will Never, Ever shop at o'reilly's auto parts store again! The o'reilly's auto parts company has just lost another customer! The o'reilly's store at 1213 West Carson Street Torrance, CA has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in any auto parts store! From this point forward I will shop at AutoZone for all of my automotive needs!

Amazing place. Geo is the best. He's really helpful. He helped me with the replacement of my car battery and also not only helped me buy a jumper pack, he advised me on what sunglasses to buy! Will come again!

All I needed was a brake light in my back of my 2005 Honda. Both AutoZone and O'Reillys in Wilmington California said they would not do it. They would sell me the bulbs but I have to go somewhere else to have them put in. I then found a Pep Boys on PCH in Torrance. Do not waste your time is there. They are extremely disorganized and their bulbs even cost more than anywhere else. I then look for another O'Reilly's in the Torrance area. I found one this one on PCH, this one. I called and Roberto was so wonderful on the phone. He said he recommends changing the two bulbs, looked up my model and had in stock. He would help me put them in and the cost would just be $9.95 total that's for two bulbs and putting them in for me. He's doing it now. I know it's a simple job but because I'm older now and I have broken my wrist, I have no real flexibility in my right hand for screws and stuff so that's why I wanted someone to install them for me. Roberto just finished! It took under 10 minutes for him to do the two bulbs. What a love. He understands the importance of good customer service. I will NEVER go ti another parts store! I insisted he take a tip, and I told him what I had just gone through with other places and he simply excels in customer service and good business sense. Thank you! Btw on the phone he calls himself Robert. His full nam is embroidered on his work shirt.

Needed help with a suspected bad battery and had to drag it into the store. I was helped pretty quickly. They offered to test the fully drained battery and they set the expectation that it could take an hour to get results. I was able to get confirmation on a bad battery and a properly spec'd replacement in about 45 minutes. Great service, great pricing and consultation experience. Couldn't have asked for more unless they also offered a beer while I waited.
