We were building custom doors on John Wayne old house in Newport Beach and ran into a problem. We needed an 8 ft astrigol which we learned was discontinued by the manufacturerCalled ONE STOP, talked to KENNEDY and she informed us they had them in stock in the color we needed. Saved us big time so our customer could lock the door over the weekend

We had a fantastic experience @ One Stop Windows and Doors. Maria helped us with Kitchen Knobs and Pulls. And even though they were small items , she treated us as though we were making huge purchases. She is very professional, and knowledgable about her products and spent. I highly recommend One Stop Windows and Doors

I wasn't able to make it in to the showroom during the week but they were extremely accomodating and opened up on a Sunday for us. Mike, in particular, was the nicest. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and was extremely knowledgeable in answering and recommending the best windows and doors for what I was looking for. He even set my kids up with some fun games so I could focus on looking through their huge selection. Such a relaxing experience and looking forward to ordering!

I had only purchased small items in the past from One Stop Windows & Doors, but I just completed a large project. Mike Silverman discussed with me my project & needs I wanted for my doors & window. Was super easy & I was pleased with my purchase. Communication from everyone at One Stop was wonderful. I would recommend them for your windows & doors.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff on both occasions I've contacted them (once in person, once via phone).

I went in to inquire about some Milgard patio doors. I was helped by a guy named Robert L. Very dismissive and didn't want to show me anything. He told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot. I kept asking questions and eventually got a brochure. I get that the lead time is long and the price for these doors are not cheap but the customer service was rude and lacking. I took my business elsewhere. If you want condescending staff and poor service this is the place. Cheers

I just called to get some information about them and the products they carry and the unprofessional girl on the phone was very patronizing. A very idiotic way to treat a potential customer as we are looking to spend at least $30K (based on quotes from other vendors) on multiple sliding patio doors. I guess they have enough business. I no longer want to visit them based on that interaction.

My sister and I went to One Stop Windows and Doors in Torrance yesterday (Thursday, June 16, 2022) to buy 3 windows for my 1935 guesthouse. At first, my sister refused to get out of the car because of what happened the last time we went to One Stop in Torrance. We encountered blatant racism (we're African American) from one of the male managers. My sister was still traumatized from that encounter and didn't understand why I was willing to give them my business. I told her it had been a few years (3 - 5) and maybe it was just that one man and I needed nice windows. Reluctantly, she joined me in the store. As soon as we entered the store, we encountered a sales guy who wouldn't even look at us. My sister and I discussed between us how beautiful some of the windows were and that I wanted this particular window. He was 3 feet from us and there were no other customers in the store. He didn't offer any help. As a matter of fact, he instead got on the phone. My sister and I looked at each other and moved on to another room in the store. The very nice receptionist, Marsha, offered to help us. Sales is not her job, but no one else came to help us. Again, my sister and I were the only two customers in the store. When Marsha could not answer some of our questions, she said she would go get a salesperson for us. The salesman walked up and asked us what we're looking for. I told him that I need to buy 3 windows for my guesthouse and that I have all of the measurements & drawings from my contractor. I told him that Marsha showed us some windows and I think I know what I want, but I need further info from him since that's his expertise. He immediately told me that I might want to go to Home Depot because it will take several weeks to get windows from them. I told him that I don't want Home Depot windows and that I'm aware of delayed delivery times because of Covid. He then said that they mostly provide product for other stores. I said, "so, are you telling me that you can't sell me 3 windows?" He said that Home Depot might be a better choice for me. I said, "I've never gone to a store and told them I'm ready to purchase product from them and they told me to go elsewhere. What's happening?!" I mean, I knew what was happening; I just couldn't believe it was happening to me AGAIN at this same store, just a different year! He remained silent. My sister calmly tried to re-phrase that we're ready to buy windows from THEM. Her words fell on deaf ears. He just remained silent and didn't answer her. I said, "he told me to go to Home Depot. That's his answer. I can't believe it." He then walked away from us and said, "good day." As we left, Marsha asked if we got the help we needed. We briefly told her what happened and left. She came outside to our car and apologized and took my phone number. I asked if we were in the wrong neighborhood and that this was the second time this has happened to us at that store? She looked really sad and told us she was sorry and that we were absolutely in the RIGHT neighborhood and that she would look into what happened and call me. By the way, that salesman was a MANAGER, according to Marsha! I'm shaking and tearing up just typing this. One Stop Windows and Doors in Torrance reminds me of the south in the 1950's. They made sure to let us know that we were not welcome there. If you believe in equality, then boycott One Stop Windows and Doors in Torrance. There are other establishments that do not discriminate. One Stop Windows and Doors is an embarrassment to America. The America I know and love is about tolerance and inclusion. One Stop Windows and Doors in Torrance is still living in the Jim Crow era.

This company's driver has some issues. That driver was in first lane and i was in second lane. I tried to move to first lane to make a right and he was about 100 feet behind me. Once I put left signal to change the lane, he suddenly accerlated the truck and almost hit my car on purpose. Then he kept holding middle finger at me.And he kept driving aggressive and came right next to me and held middle finger at me. I had two 1 year old babies in my car. He literally threatend my family just because i went in front of him. Hope the owner do something with that insane driver who does road rage.

This comany is a joke! DO NOT bring your business here! You won't get anything in a timely manner and you have to keep hounding them to get a quote. Their reasoning is that they're busy but every company is busy, but other companies can produce a quote for you in a day. I have been warned from other Window and Door companies in the South Bay about what a joke One Stop is....I see why now. They will patronize you over the phone and act very unprofessional. I'm kind of shocked at how patronizing they were over the phone. Extremely rude and I will make sure I spread the word about One Stop! Horrible Horrible customer service!!!

Went in today to order a new front door. The lady at the front desk ignored us. We stood in front of her as she shuffled papers. We then proceeded to walk around hoping someone would approach us and at least say "good afternoon, how can I help you?". We were the only customers in the store at about 2:30 p.m. today. As they say...first impressions are everything. You need to hire a good PR firm as the woman at the front desk aint cuttin' it. I guess One Stop has enough business and are not interested in new customers. We high tailed it over to Five-Points Windows and Doors in Torrance and were immediately welcomed with a smile and Rafael was happy to help us with our door order.

Love this place. Customer service is beyond excellent and they carry top of the line products. If you need door hardware, head upstairs and see Maria. She's great.
