I have been to other Superior groceries and this one is no ways like other superiors to me it's just like Numero Uno the setup is no different than what it was when it was numero Uno's

Seems ok but had security gaurd on several occations fefusevto let me bring wheelchair in to store i use as walker and need it withme very inconvenient im disabled by anyins definition and cant walk far or stand very long pricing only ok but cashers very helpfull and returned my phone i left at checkstand will go again snd have been msby times but the secuity guards always have a probkem with wheelchair David Nine 3/2023 the deli is very good and resonably priced they are cheaper priced on name brands than many stores cashiers have always treated me with respect and helpfullness

Everything is exquisite and hot, the cashiers are very fast, very friendly, and very clean. As always, the staff is very happy.

And always the same problem, I don't understand why the people who are in the bakery area get so upset when you ask them what time the bolillo comes out, you can tell when they get upset, if you as a customer ask why there isn't bolillo, it's not the first time it's happened to me, I ask and they tell me it just came out, or it's going to take a while, their job is supposed to be making bolillos why don't they do their job well so that people don't ask them if it bothers them so much . Please, manager, educate your bakery employees, nothing like those in the butchery area, they are the friendliest… Management do something...

I think it's the 2nd time I've been to this store and I was very surprised by its very good prices and its well-organized aisles, clean in general, but what I would come back to again is the mole with chicken, I already seem to crave it and I'm going to go for another one.

Do not buy Masa! Took too long to cook. So disappointed. I was recommended Numero Uno and was sad to see Superior instead. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but nope! Employees were really nice and helpful is the only good thing I have to say.

Ever since they have changed to superior it has gone down hill. I went 2 days in a row to attempt to purchase their fresh guacamole and chips both times there are multiple staff members working in the deli but no one comes to assist. Waiting for 5 minutes plus for service is ridiculous especially when they are standing around talking. It can't be the same staff from numero uno because they helped in a timely manner and if not they committed to tell you one minute. Now they just stare

Well I'm my opinion this is a last option store for me. Customer service is bad. But now alot of things are moved and more cleaner.

Before El Superior bought them out, the cake and pan dulce was so good. I hadn't been to this particular location in about a year. The tres leches cake was horrible and dry. The pan dulce was not as flavorful.
