This Napa is excellent! They provide excellent knowledgeable and friendly service. They are highly recommended. UK unlike the Ace Hardware store nearby. The owner is rude and I personally witnessed his nasty attitude towards customers I had to check him today. The place is understaffed. He should perhaps retire ,but it seems many workers come and go. For excellent customer service GO TO NAPA. If they dont have it go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart. Better prices than this Individually owned home depot franchise.

For Quality american classic car parts napa is the goto for me , points for my dart from any other spot are garbage and have left me stranded .. get to good stuff from napa quick accurate service

They got the parts I needed which were rather exotic which is really nice. The people are nice in the shop the only thing which is not so nice is that the store always looks closed from the outside even if its open.

Jim is a great man & a professional at what he does. Called him after the NAPA in Hawthorne wasted week of my time..... I needed parts sent to A1 Cardone to be rebuilt. Not only did Jim know exactly what he was doing, he had my parts sent out the same day. The most reliable auto parts store I've ever dealt with. Can't wait to get my 88 MR2 off its Jack stands thanks to Jim! Do yourself a favor always go here 1st!
