Bomb food. Owner was very inviting and charismatic. We were unsure by the looks of the place but after eating some goat curry and while listening to his reggae music we knew this food spot was a diamond in the rough.

I went to get my 2 Casio Divers watches batteries replaced. Kristen and Anna were very nice and professional. Both watch batteries were replaced while I waited all but 10 minutes. Thats the way it should be. Fantastic service and great prices.

Easy access, easy parking , next to cocoichibanya (so have lunch while you are there). Came for a battery change: they were great. Inexpensive, super fast. Gave insight into the watch and what to do, not to do with it. Of course, they sell watches also: Casio, seiko and timex were the obvious ones I saw. Small selection but they chose the models wisely as they are the best of their respective brands. They speak Chinese should you need it.

A bad joke. Mentally ill employees.They put a new band on my watch 10 days ago. This morning one of the pins holding the band on fell out. This is the first time a pin has ever come out of a band on one of my watches. I have worn a watch daily for many years.Today I went to the store to get the pin put back in. The crazy older lady asked me if the pin was mine. I told her it came with the watch. She then said it was too small. I asked them to put in a pin that would work and, if necessary, I would pay for a new one.I asked the younger employee who frequently bickers with the older one why, if the pin was too small, she didn’t replace it when she put on the new band. She lamely said she couldn’t have known then. She replaces bands and deals with pins every day. She was lying, is inept, or both.My question upset her and she said because of how I had talked to them they could choose not to help me again. When I paid, the older crazy one patted the sign that said they can refuse service to anyone and told me we’re done.I never cussed at them or accused them of incompetence. When I told the younger one the older one said the pin was too small, she was dismissive and said, “She says a lot of things.”No idea if they treat others this way or if they saved their crazy for lucky me. There are plenty of other local watch places. Good riddance.

An awful experience with mentally ill employees. 10 days ago I had a new band put in my watch there. Today a pin came out of the band. I have regularly worn a watch for many years and this is the first time a pin holding the watch band came out. Today I went there to have the pin put back. Shortly after giving my watch, pin, and band to the older crazy and mean employee, she asked me if the pin was mine. The question is moronic and nutty. I told her the pin came with the watch. She then said the pin was too small. I asked her to use an appropriate pin and I would pay for a new one, if necessary. When they were close to finishing, I asked the younger mean psycho why she didn't replace the too small pin when she put on the new band 10 days ago. She said she couldn't tell then. This was a pathetic answer and possibly a lie. She replaces bands and deals with pins daily. My question upset younger crazy. She said that because of the way I had talked to them she could stop helping me. On two separate visits including this one I heard her criticize the older psycho. When I told her the older psycho said the pin was too small she criticized her again by dismissively saying, "She says a lot of things." I had been direct with my answers and never criticized them or used foul language. Right after the older crazy gave me my watch and old pin and I had paid, she patted the sign that said they can refuse service to anyone and said something like, "We're done." I take that to mean I am no longer welcome there. These people were out of control mean and crazy. I deeply regret ever going there. I was a regular customer for at least 12 years. I bought at least one watch and numerous replacement bands and batteries there. It's gone way bad.

Went in for battery replacement and arm band reduction. She made adjustment with the notches instead of band reduction and didn’t charge me. Battery replacement cost was reasonable and quick. I love an honest small business!!

I went in for a battery replacement and arm band reduction. The young lady said she would try a notch adjustment instead for free. The battery replacement cost was very reasonable and quick. She could have charged me for the notch adjustment just like the band reduction but didn't. A gesture like this is noticed and appreciated. I want to promote this small mom and pop business!

This store is so friendly and helpful! My friend and I walked in, asked for a watch resize, and within minutes my watch fit my wrist perfectly. They were so accommodating and helpful. I love you, Mr Time!

So I walked in here with two watches that I needed to get the batteries replaced. They quoted me a fair price. As I was waiting for my batteries to be replaced, I took a look around. I found two nice watches I wanted. I asked for a quote on the citizen watch and They gave me a decent discount. I then asked how much the g shock one and it was at a fair price. So I asked them if I bought both watches will they give me another discount and they did! I walked out there getting both at a great price. Here’s the kicker, the Swiss army watch I brought in was kind of difficult and they said they’d need some more time to change it out. Originally they quoted me $25 and when I came back to pick it up, they gave me a $10 discount! I’m definitely coming back.

Excellent service, very quick and priced right! ...I walked in with three 1980s Pulsar watches to get new batteries, and I was out in about 10 minutes. Highly recommended!
