We wanted to close quickly on a home and Anouheh and her team made sure that we were able to get the transaction closed within a few weeks. Anouheh is really just the best to work with. She is a great communicator, she's aggressive, she'll do anything in her power to help make the process of purchasing a house as smooth as possible and she's up for a challenge. The market right now is crazy with high interest rates and a lack of insurance companies in CA, but Anouheh and her team guided us every step of the way. We already recommended her to our friends!

Anouheh took care of us when we bought our first home. We started our process with another lender, and ended up switching to movement last minute because the first one was failing us. The whole movement team was awesome, very responsive and proactive during the process. We were lucky to find Anouheh, I would not hesitate to go to her again.

Working with Anouheh and the Movement team has been such a great experience. I can honestly say that if we did not have her and the Movement team, we would not have the opportunity to own the home we have today. The market we were looking in was very competitive, any good home that came on the market went into pending quickly, so when we found the home we wanted, we knew we had to be ready. Anouheh was able to help us lock in a good rate, worked on getting us financed in an exceptionally short amount of time and closed escrow before the timeframe that was asked. We feel so blessed that we had Anouheh and her team on our side...even our real estate agents were impressed and wondered where we found this wonderful gem..Thank you so much. The absolute best Loan officer!!! I would highly recommend Anouheh to anyone that needs a loan. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I can't describe how grateful we are to have found Anouheh to help us get a last minute loan she is amazing, she was able to give us Loan approval in 2 weeks. We had a really bad experience with another loan officer prior to finding Anouheh. We were able to buy my daughters first house because of her! She put in so much time and effort into the process and was so communicative along the way. We were never left in the dark. She did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a loan officer, look no further! Anouheh is your person..

Where do I begin?....this lady has been nicknamed "The Dream team" by our family..why? .. because she made our dreams come true. She had a difficult case with regards to our loan and was able to make it happen for my family and I. I can't thank her and her team enough. Anouheh keeps in constant contact and updates you to anything new. She figures out solutions to problems that come up even before she lets you know there is one. It always gave me ease knowing she knew what she was doing the whole time, even when hiccups came about. I have told everyone I can about her because she is the real deal. And Movement Morgage team is the way to go. If you are a real-estate agent and need funding for your client, I suggest you use her!! 100% without a second thought.. the best part is that if she couldn't do your loan, she will tell you from the beginning and not waste your time, but if there was a way, she would figure it out and make your dreams come true.

We were recommended by our agent to work with Anouheh on our loan and as first-time buyers, we were so happy to have worked with her on our home purchase. Anouheh and her team were extremely helpful and quick to get all our documents in order. Even though it may seem that things were moving quickly, we never felt pushed to make decisions on the spot, and she respected the fact that we needed time before making decisions. I started working with Anouheh after a referral from my realtor and I was extremely pleased. Anouheh and her team are extremely quick but not pushy.
