The last two times I went into Bank of America with problems. I was greeted by an employee who helped me immediately. I highly recommend this branch.

Consistent lack of tellers to assist with long customer lines. Multiple visits at any hour of the day and you'll find one teller available to help--and they are unbelievably slow. Extremely disappointing service with complete lack of urgency at this location.

The customer service here is awful! We had an appointment at 3.30pm, the banker we were booked with - Somaiya, first came in front of all the customers and asked us what kind of document needed to be notarized without any privacy, which was completely unacceptable! Then without even reading the document said she is unable to sign it and told us our appointment was over, this was at 3.20pm and I had to argue our appointment was at 3.30pm! Then she realized she was talking to the wrong customer and told us if we wanted to be seen we would have to wait a long time! The bank closes at 4pm so she wanted to push us out of the door without even reading our document, she knew we had a notary appointment, so she made up an excuse to not notarize our document! I have never been treated so badly by a banker with complete lack of any respect and professionalism for their customers! I will never give them my business ever! Please don't go here unless you want to be humiliated and pushed out the door, so they can leave work early

I came here to cash a check for my mother because she is ill. Because she wasn't with me, Hector, the teller said he can't cash it and returned the check. I'm also in her account and we have more than enough to cover that check. Why didn't Hector think outside the box and ask me to deposit the check and just withdrawal the money from the account that the check was being deposited too? It's the same thing. Why do I the customer have to tell him to do that? You'll go more places in life Hector if you think creatively instead of being robotic and doing bare minimum. Plus I was the only customer in the bank so it wasn't like he was busy.

Wow. This place has TERRIBLE customer service! Not surprised thou.... They don't need to be profitable because the taxpayer will just bail BoA out AGAIN!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for line so long and only 2 tellers open!

One of the worst! Such a shame that a big, wealthy bank like this, is just after making money. Their policies are such to get your money however they can. I called in and paid my MC balance which was a significant amount. Few days later they charged my bank the same balance. I was furious. I explained that it has already been paid, why did you charge me again? They gave me lame excuses and couldn't really answer. I asked for an immediate refund. They said it takes a week. It's been more than a week and I haven't seen any money. Such crooks I don't like this bank. Ready to move somewhere else.

Absolutely appalled at what I encountered today, a huge line and no customer service to help (just wanted quarters). I walk in, no security guard per usual, the line wrapped around the inside of the branch and all of the seats were occupied!!! What is the management doing??? I went by two other branches today and they were closed, this doesn't make sense! Pay decent wages and hire some employees to accommodate the clientele, it's just absolutely stupid!! I hate banking with them and am actively looking to change my banking institution! B Of A Sucks!

Wish I can rate with a 0 star. I came to cash a check signed over to me by my mom who was also named on the check and I was treated by disrespect and completely unbearable by the branch manager and the teller. Never have I been treated so horrible as a customer anywhere in my life and my bank? I want to completely change banks after this situation left in tears and upset.

My elderly Mother deposit a check of $35,000, when she reviewed her Statement it was noted that $2,000 was taken out of her account 90 days later the Bank reply's that because she had used her ATM ( which is needed to do a bank transaction) that she had received this money, which she had not. It was a direct deposit Shady AF As of this week a Police report has been filed

I like this branch because its location near the mall, easy parking, friendly staff, and sometimes they even have bottle waters for customer. My favorite bank since 20 years ago, keep it up, Bank of America!

I don't have an account with BOA but I had received a check from someone that does. I had called to see if I can come into the branch office to cash it. The employee answered the phone and I said the exact aforementioned statement. She answered " I don't know , I would need to check " . Then I heard a dial tone . She hung up without getting my name or any information from me. I tried calling back to no avail. No one answered . No one called me . I am very happy I don't bank with them .
