Fantastic place. Fast, professional and friendly service. My iPhone 11 touch screen glass needed to be replaced as the phone was unresponsive even after trying many times to restart it. Alex replaced it in less than an hour and the phone now works perfectly.

Reasonably priced repairs done quickly. Staff is friendly and at the end of my screen repair he offered to add a screen protector for only $10 and proceeded to do the most careful and thorough screen protector application I will ever see.

Mobile fix is a wonderful environment as a business and serve throughout the whole South Bay. I went there to get my phone fixed and they put the original part on the phone and it worked like it was a brand new phone. I recommend this business to anybody

Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.

They were very honest with me about pricing for fixing my ancient phone vs upgrading. I ended up not fixing, but i'm definitely coming back if i ever have problems with my new phone.

I called in to this mobile repair shop spoke with Leon, and came in same day. He quoted me a fair price to replace my charging port on my galaxy s21. When I arrived he looked at the port and determined it just needed a cleaning. T-Mobile Of course try to sell me a new phone. I definitely recommend this place. I will be coming here from now on. Customer for life. Thanks Leon. ?

These guys were awesome. Removed a broken piece of a charging cable my wife broke off in the port (don't ask how...) FREE OF CHARGE, and gave advice about requesting a replacement from Apple if it doesn't charge properly. Thank you!

Found Mobile Fix Center when we were unable to locate anyone who could transfer data from a broken cell phone with a black screen to our new phone. I found Mobile Fix Center after a frantic search after I dropped my phone and the screen went black and unresponsive. The reviews seemed legit and they were close by. I brought the phone in and they ordered the part and fixed it right up. They have very clear and reasonable pricing and knowledgeable and personable employees.But I'm lazy, and a decent but bland experience like that isn't enough to make me leave a review.When I had already left with my fixed phone I realised that I couldn't connect to my mobile carrier, so they told me to come back in and took their time doing their best to help me out. They tried to fix the problem on the handset itself, but then when that didn't work they told me which branch of my carrier to go to in order to get the best service and results out of them. And they didn't try to charge for their help even after taking up a decent chunk of their time.With that kind of customer care, it's no wonder they've been in business so long. I hope not to have any (more) problems with my electronics any time soon, but if I do I'm coming straight back here!

I was in need of getting my phone screen fixed and the staff were very kind and helpful. They fixed it within an hour and a half and had answers to any and all questions I had!
