Mitsuko Floral is the DREAM TEAM of flowers. They truly exceeded our expectations every step of the way.I requested their services for our wedding really late in the game, but they were willing to work with us — and made it so easy and pleasant. They were always quick to respond and give me detailed feedback and cost estimates. I had a vision for the bouquets, boutonnières and table arrangements — they brought it to life even better than I could’ve imagined.They helped me pick the most stunning flowers and plants that were in season, available and within budget. They delivered them early to our hotel rooms and reception venue. I actually wanted to cry when I saw them. They were beyond perfect — exquisite and detailed… all the way down to the ribbon. Then they even set them up on the reception tables, carefully placed the loose flowers on our cake, and helped the guys pin on their boutonnières!The team at Mitsuko Floral really went above and beyond… and couldn’t have been more helpful and amazing throughout the entire process. Mitsuko Floral was great to work with. From our first consultation to the wedding day, they walked us through the process and spent time explaining different options since we didn't know what we wanted. On our wedding day they were prompt, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their flower quality was perfect, the arrangements were stunning and it was everything we hoped for and more.

Mitsuko Floral was an absolutely pleasure to work with! We booked them for our wedding this year in September 2022. We met with a consultant, Mio, via Zoom to discuss our vision, we were not very familiar with florals in general, so this meeting helped us out a lot. She was friendly, patient with our indecisiveness at first, and even had helpful suggestions throughout the entire process. Email communication was spectacular. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and genuinely excited for our big day. Once the wedding day came, I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude at how amazing the florals looked.The staff of three who were there day of, including Mitsuko, were so friendly and sweet. They were professional and setup quickly and seamlessly. I am just overall impressed by their customer service and attention to detail.

I had my wedding this past Labor Day weekend, and I can't even begin to explain how much I loved my bouquet that Mitsuko Floral created! From the beginning when I was doing my research, I loved the samples that were on their profile. I had no idea what I wanted, nor the names of flowers, but I did have examples and an idea of the color scheme. From the initial consultation to the delivery it was perfect. They delivered to my hotel where I was getting ready and everything was in vases from my bouquet to my bridesmaids. I loved my bouquet so much that I sent it out to be preserved. I loved how the bridesmaids flowers matched our aesthetic and weren't TOO purple nor too big. Despite the heat wave that weekend, the flowers held up so well. Thank you so much Mitsuko Floral !

Mio, Mitsuko, and the entire Mitsuko Floral team were an absolute delight to work with! They did the flower arrangements for my wedding and were so kind, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process. I was blown away by the flowers when I arrived at the venue and I am so thankful that I found them! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!!!

The week of my court marriage, my husband and I decided that I should get a bouquet. It was so last minute that I started feeling anxious about whether I would be able to get one or not. I was already following Mitsuko Floral on instagram and decided to take a chance and reach out to them. They responded right away and said they would be able to help me. There was a slight misunderstanding, however, in the end they really pulled through for me! They made such a beautiful bouquet with what they had and honestly in the short time I gave them, it was way more than I expected. I got compliments left and right at the courthouse and the bouquet really elevated the whole experience for me (as well as my photos). Everyone at Mitsuko is very kind and I truly appreciate their flexibility in working with me!

I had *gorgeous*, beautiful flowers for my wedding vow renewal and it was thanks to Mitsuko Floral. I was thrilled at how easy it was to communicate with Francois, all via email! The response time was super quick, he provided some inspiration photos, worked with the timing of my event (even though I know they were super busy that weekend!) and was just an overall delight to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful florist to anyone. I am so grateful to have found them because they were able to make my event just that much more special. I'm looking for another reason to use them again! Thank you! :)

I have nothing but wonderful words to say regarding Francois and his team. I provided inspiration photos and they got it so right the day of the wedding. I also appreciated his patience in all our back and forth correspondences and quote changes. We booked their services back in 2020 and our wedding was not until 2022 so there was quite a bit of change between that time. Nonetheless, Francois and Mitsuko Floral was able to deliver exactly what I had envisioned. They were also very flexible with payment and allowed me to make Venmo payments to avoid extra fees. He was also kind enough to offer delivery services to the hotel suite since we just ordered personals. The bouquets and additional arrangements just meshed so well with the venues. They were so beautiful and we got many compliments from multiple people throughout the evening.
