They broke the rear wiper blade on my X5 and said nothing about this. Additionally, the car was dirty after a premium wash with extra detailing.

20+ Year customer.Always have had my cars fully detailed including engine.Alway come out looking brand new!Some years bring them in, other years buy $$$ Stockings Stuffer Gift cards.Rolled in today to pick up 2 $$$ gift cards. 4 pm. Lot was empty asked the detailer if I could park in the space behind an empty detail bay to go into the store to purchase gift cards, NO PROBLM.Nice lady at the counter, I ask her if I can still buy gift cards, she pleasantly says YES !And that if you purchase a card over a $100 it’s 15% off! I ask her for a menu of detail services and she apologizes for not having one and directs me to the outdoor display of services and cost. Meanwhile by adult son has takes a photo of the display and starts to show it to me so I can select the 2 $$$ gift cards a came for.All of a sudden a guy is yelling at me through the glass window to move my car!So I go out and move it.I ask the detailer where to move it? He say, “ just move it into the empty bay”Go back into the office and the guys is again yelling at me to move my car!F-this! I confront the guys and tell him the detail guy gave me permission twice to park my car in the space he directed me to!All he could say is “ I have nothing to say to you right now”All he would have had to say was sorry to the misunderstanding, and we would have been good.20 years of business and good will, lost to an unprofessional manager!Will vote with my feet and won’t be back.

I paid $25.99 for a car wash, $3 of which was a surcharge for my vehicle being an SUV (I was told it's taller, has more window's to clean, as well as a cargo area to vacuum and wipe down. Fair enough.. ). Upon checking in, the manager looked in my vehicle and seeing a small amount of dog hair, stated that they would only do a very light vacuum. I would need to pay $50 EXTRA to have my SUV properly vacuumed. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. While yes, I did have some dog hair in my car, it truly was a minimum amount. An additional $50 charge was beyond a rip off! I laughed and declined. Before checking in, I had opened the hatch to my cargo area so that it could be vacuumed. Even a "light vacuuming" would have been fine, since honestly, there was barely any hair or dirt on the carpet/mats. I walked away to pay. When I collected my car 1 hour 28 mins later, I quickly collected my car without looking it over because I was running late for work. My mistake. I should have looked it over carefully before leaving the premises and asked them to actually clean my interior. The exterior looked fine. However, the interior was the most pathetic attempt at cleaning I've ever received. The inside windshield was not wiped down; The dashboard was still dusty; The door jams not wiped down or dried; and the back cargo area I left open so that they would make sure to clean it? The one I had to pay $3 extra because it was an additional area to clean? Literally, the only thing they did back there was push the button to close the hatch. ZERO vacuuming. ZERO cleaning of the cargo area windows. ZERO wiping down of the door. The cargo area was literally not touched AT ALL! The more I looked around at the interior of my car, I was pissed. I ended up cleaning the interior of my car myself the next day. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO MIAMI'S. The quality service received from the previous owners is long dead and gone. I've been to Miami's about 5 times under the new ownership and every time I complain about the horrible job they did cleaning my car. This time was by far the worst and will 1000% be the last time I go there. The new owners only care about price gouging. I can get a better car wash by going to Costco and paying $7.99 for an exterior only wash.

I’ve gone here for years. It’s an adequate service. I do always point out a few things that need a little more buff or vacuum but pretty common for a car wash. I like their look and feel waiting room compared to other places.I usually go on weekday mornings, to save time. Went in on Wednesday and it happened to be a bit a bit busier then usual. I pulled in at around 10:03 ish, turning in from the opposite side of the street can take a second, and then I waited in line for another 4 minutes. By the time he got to the car it was 10:07 and when I asked for the morning special he said I was too late, as it ends at 10. I honestly explained that I did pull in around 10:03, but had been waiting. And he said it’s still not 10 and he’s right. It wasn’t 10 but that line was long and even though he was right it didn’t feel good, so I left. Will I go back? I’m not sure, think I’ll explore my options now.

I found this place last month. This hand car wash is absolutely the best. Daliea makes the experience so much more worth coming. They do an absolutely great job and I won’t go anywhere else. My car always comes out so great. Thank you!

great great service. i pulled up to a not so busy car wash and was treated like i was the ooooonly customer there. made me feel like royalty. i got a supreme wash and interior detail...yes, i splurged a bit. but it was worth it. i was given an estimated time of 2 hours...and i know they spent every minute going over the dirt and grime of my car. thank you miami auto spa and all those that worked on my ride!! i will be back...on my birthday. haha

I brought a 97 740i BMW which I was charged 29.99. I also brought in a 2024 Chevy Blazer, a midsize vehicle which was 3/4 the size of my BMW. I was charged $2 extra for an oversized vehicle.Anyway, I told the young man that checked me in why I was charged the $2?"He said that it was oversized"After some further discussion I asked who the owner was? He said" he's never here" I said that I would like to speak to him.Anyway, he wouldn't tell me who he was so this is why I'm making this review. I think things would have been resolved much easier if I had spoken to him.I told him how I felt and that I would not be coming back. It wasn't about the charge it was principal.He then said, if that's how you feel being about principal then you should take your vehicle. I told him no that I would just go ahead and do it for now. He then said no that I should take my vehicle because he wasn't going to do it.I then told him that if I had an employee like you representing my company that it wouldn't last very long, because you have no people skills, rude and disrespectful! This could have been resolved in a simple yes we charge extra for SUVs and oversized vehicles. I just didn't see my blazers being an oversized vehicle.I will never go back! Hopefully, before he gets too old will learn wow to talk to people with concern and respect.

Got the mid tier Diamond wash and it was ok. Not sure if it will be any better than the silver wash as it wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. They missed to wipe a bunch of spots and they use a plastic cleaner around the exterior trims that smeared on the other panels. You get what you pay for.

I purchased a $120 Gift card for a friend awhile back for a detail .but unfortunately they had to move suddenly and gave it back to me. A few months later I decided to return and use it. Immediately the cashier gets the owner/manager who informs me they no longer accept gift cards that were sold by the old business owner !!Keep in mind this is not and new business it was only transferred. Obviously, when you acquire a business you acquire its debt.California gift cards do not expire ! what a scam. They didn't even offer a discount on my wash bad service and shady business practices.

I went to Miami Torrance for the first time yesterday due to a recommendation. I had been going to the one in San Pedro and was dissatisfied so I was told about this one. It wasn't crowded so I got an excellent explanation of the services. I chose the $49 because I hadn't gotten my car washed in a long time. I thought it was expensive to not include much interior service and my not having an SUV. (There really should be a cheaper option, maybe $10 less, for those smaller car cases AND an option that includes more interior cleaning that's not a full blown detailing that could be only $10 more. Just a suggestion.)My experience there was very pleasant. There's a big waiting room that is clean and well stocked. The owner and cashier were very friendly. I may have waited 40 or 50 minutes which is reasonable. My car, once done, hadn't looked that good since I drove it off the lot three and a half years ago. It may have looked better. The interior was wiped down nicely and the carpet was well vacuumed. The service included a wheel buff and it was gorgeous. So with the tires dressed and my completely dried glossy finish, I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I felt they made up for the extra one pays if one has a small car. Best wash I ever received. Ever. Thank you!

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed when I left here. I paid $30 for a complete inside and outside wash and it took over 30 minutes from the time I left my car until I was able to leave and upon inspecting their work once I'd left there were several areas of the interior that weren't vacuumed or wiped down. I didn't buy the least expensive wash because I wanted a complete cleaning, that I didn't get. With all of the competition I'd have expected a thorough job.

Wonderful/professional customer service from start to finish.Exceptional job Vince, he’s the manager at Miami’s Auto Spa. Like always Vince is a hard worker-friendly- polite- honest- listen to my questions-answered all my questions- gave me useful information- works fast as possible along with the men and woman(Dalia) that work with him.I have witnessed Vince interacting with other customers- the men and woman that work with him and I’m impressed by his customer service skills and leadership skills.My family and I have been bringing our trucks/cars for years to Miami’s Auto Spa and God willing for many years to come.
