After losing my car in a vehicle accident I started my search and once again found myself looking for a Mercedes-Benz, previously owned! As luck would have it after viewing three or four I came up on one at a dealership in South Bay which is nowhere is near where I live in City Of Orange! However, I drove out there and took a look at the car, Took it for a test drive and had a few issues I wanted taken care of and my salesman called out Hector Morales one of the managers of the dealership who agreed with my concerns and said he would have no problems taking care of everyone of them which he did and I had to leave the car there for a week to do it but that was fine with me and then came back the following Saturday to pick it up. Upon my arrival a gentleman by the name of Jake came out to greet me and said my car wasn’t finished to their specifications would it be OK for them to give me a loan car, and then once my car met with their satisfaction they would deliver it to my home and exchange cars! Imagine that free home delivery and what a shock when they delivered it four days later and it was absolutely gorgeous! I have yet to find Customer Service like that in many places of business these days unfortunately, but Southbay Mercedes Benz has my attention and if anybody out there is looking for a new or previously owned Mercedes-Benz, go see these fine folks out at Southbay Mercedes Benz!

MBZ of South Bay and Amilcar, my favorite service advisor, are the best. I only want to take my MBZ to this location. Quick service, nice team, and reliable. I love that I can reach out to Amilcar any time. Plus, they have a great feature where the tech does a video of your car so you can get updates on what's happening.

Had such an awesome experience during such an overwhelming time, came in for a strange noise I was having while I drove my car. Booked my appointment for service over the phone & shortly after Frank P. from After-Sales department contacted me & started to ask questions about the issue before I even made it to the dealership. He was always so thorough throughout the whole process, gave me multiple options & solutions for my problem & constantly keeping me updated about my car. Definitely recommend him for service, thank you Frank & Sharma for the work done to my car!

I had purchased tires over a year ago at dealership. One tire had a bubble on the side of the tire.. Replaced for free. My agent Mr Frank Perry, as usual made it easy for me.. he got the warranty to replace those very expensive tires. As usual, he goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience.
