“From when I walked into the store I knew I was glad I went to Howard's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. Note: Although my shipment was delayed, Michael was able to connect me with the remote customer service team & assured me that it was still on its way. The compressed mattress took 17 days from my order date to be delivered (& at 99lbs) so plan accordingly.
Another note: Casper hauled away my old mattress for free, making the process seamless for me. I was also recommended the Casper Original pillow & mattress protector, which I was able to buy in store. it totally elevates my sleeping experience.

“After reviewing furniture from several stores. We decided to get our furniture from Jerome's Furnitrue. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and very helpful. They did not hover like many furniture stores do. They were within eyesight to ask questions and very knowledgeable about the furniture. Unknowingly we even spoke to the store manager and the assistant manager. No pressure we given or felt. Every question was answered even if it was previously asked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
