“Went here the other day to deposit a check and get info on a home equity line of credit. Teller was quick, efficient and friendly. Talked to manager about home equity line rates, his name is Eli Norkin. He was super professional and very well-informed. He spent probably 1/2 hour going from A to Z regarding the home equity line. “I decided to cash out 20 years of U.S. Savings Bonds from 1985-2005. Over 100 bonds. If you have ever cashed out these bonds, you know what a time consuming process it is. I called and explained my need to Richard Sanchez in the Unify office on Anza in Torrance. He gladly set up a series of appointments to process the bonds over three days so as not to take an excess amount of time from others customers on any given day. Richard was extremely professional, patient and personable. His knowledge of the process was very reassuring and efficient. I would recommend seeking Richard out for any of your banking needs. All of the professionals in this office are incredibly helpful and friendly. By the way, I rolled the bond proceeds into a 15 month 5% CD that Unify is currently offering.
