My car was half cleaned. I was arguing with the Hispanic man because he told me I need a detail of my car. When they put my car inside the machine, it was not washed. The hispanic man makes me stupid that my car is really like that. Every 2 weeks I have a carwash but why now it happened like that. He didn't believe me what I said. No more Madrona Carwash with me. ?

Great people who provide high quality service. My car had a lot of dog fur inside, and the technician did a fantastic job. My car looks new!!!

They do a poor job, this was the last time we bring our cars here, we’re driving off and my husbands truck has some areas dusty & dirty, and they still have the nerve to charge all these extra add ons. Not to mention some of their employees have a bad attitude, doesn’t help. Won’t be back don’t recommend ??

Terrible job. I got the full ceramic shine for $40, and some spots were not taken care of. The windshield is still the same. The windows are still dirty. I am not coming back.

Came here for a car wash on a Friday and was underwhelmed. It wasn’t a horrible job and it wasn’t an outstanding job, it was just a job.
My car mats were vacuumed but not thoroughly and were thrown back into my car askew. The windows had streaks on them and not all of the dirty marks on my car were cleaned. My car left the car wash cleaner but not the cleanest it could’ve been. Oh well.
Currently looking for another car wash place in the area.

I know prices have gone up, but I was kind of shocked to see the price of the cheapest car wash was $25.
But, I got a discount, so it was "only" $22.50.
The best part of the experience was the great job the employee did (after the car came out of the wash tunnel).
He actually used a compressed air hose to dry out the the door frames, and blow out the leaves that have been stuck around my trunk lid. I appreciated that!
Plus, he did a great job on my windows, including removing some sticky goo from a melted gel sticker.
Thank you, Madrona Car Wash, for having such a conscientious employee!

Take your car here if you have a rooftop tent. It’s hard to find places that do hand washes with accessories attached. I opted for the Express Detail and I was not disappointed. All staff and operators were professional and on time.

Car wash was horrible, they scratched the black gloss outside the mirror on my Audi E-Tron and left a tape white stain on the interior fabric that won’t come off anymore and left the white seats completely dirty of my Tesla Model 3. For the amount of money you have to spend for them to half a** the wash is horrible and the manger won’t help you at all he’ll just yell at you saying you’re complaining instead of any compensation

Madrona Car Wash has a long history and we've been customers since their $9.99 deal. The facility is well-maintained and customer service is great. However, they didn't properly clean the kids' car seat, so I had to remove it for a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, it's a perfect place for a car wash.

I will never wash my car here again.
It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed inside.
There are traces of dirty rags, etc. on the glass.

The staff was very courteous on this first visit. Lorenzo was very helpful in explaining what the options were and got me to an empty lane for quicker service.
When I got the car back, there were water spots on the body, and unwiped water drops on the seats. I guess they don't use compressed air to blow out all the water in the crevices. Buy the time I got home (5 minutes away), I had to moisten my wiping cloth to wipe more water spots the drive had blown out.
It's the closest carwash, so I'll try them out once more and will update this review accordingly.
