I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive experiences at this Madewell. (Madewell, in general happensmy favorite brand of clothing, accessories, etc., I can't get enough) I am very happy to be a madewell insider (download their app or talk to a staff member if you want details on that)! The clothes are so stylish, minimal, can be dressed up or down, and don't even get me started on the JEANS. Madewell jeans are WORTH THE HYPE. I have become a jean obssessed hoarder haha and it is easy to do with their jeans because they have many sales throughout the year. I love that they are an extremely size inclusive brand, allowing people of all body types to wear different styles of jeans that in the past, were never available to many of us (I happen to be short and they carry short style) also have tall, and curvy jeans aswell. If they don't have your size or what you want in the store they will help order them for you. The staff aren't pushy at all with helping you size or look around even if you don't buy anything but they are always there to help happily! There have been so so so many amazing staff members here, too many to possibly name. I hope the manager sees this and knows that you have an incredible staff in this store, and this is the only madewell I ever shop at now (and look forward to going here everytime- my happy place).

I always have a pleasant experience at this Madewell - bright and clean, well stocked, friendly staff - but today was exceptional. When I told Heather that the earrings I bought were a bridal shower gift, she took the time to wrap it up in the cutest little gift box with tissue paper and ribbon and it made my day. Amazing customer service, thanks Heather!

For years, I've the hardest time shopping for a good pair of jeans. I've tried countless brands, styles, and nothing fit good on my body and after so many breakdowns in dressing rooms I was so close to quitting. Thankfully, someone told me about Madewell jeans and they have been my saving grace. The workers at this location have always been extremely helpful, understanding, and supportive in helping me find the perfect pair. They are always willing to help me find jeans that fit and look good on me and they go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied. The jeans, while pricey, are amazing quality and they have different styles that cater to a wide variety of body types. They also offer a college discount, have sales fairly regularly, and if you bring a pair of old jeans they offer a discount as well, so if the price is something you are worried about you have options to not pay full price. Unfortunately, this store doesn't cater to the diverse sizes and styles that they have available online, but that's expected from stores now and days. I tell everyone who is looking for jeans to look at Madewell and to go to this store specifically if they are looking for a good experience.

The various Madewell stores around the area are all pretty much the same. They offer Madewell stuff. This one is no different. The one thing that this location has going for it is that it is in Del Amo. Meaning, not only do you have access to this shop but all the other things that Del Amo has to offer. This is your average sized shop filled with Madewell clothing, shoes, jewelry, and trinkets. If you're looking for that Madewell whatever, this is your place to go. The staff here are all nice and they know their stuff so you can get the help you need if you need any. Overall, good business.

My daughter ordered a sweater online, it was delivered to the Del Amo store. When my daughter arrived home w/ the sweater she noticed there was a defect a hole under the arm, quite noticeable. We called the store and spoke to Katelyn she was very nice and told me to bring it back and she'd reorder another sweater. It was a pleasant conversation.

Apparently they don't like Asian people shopping in the store. No greeting, no offer to help. Felt more like they just wanted us to leave. They couldn't bend over backwards far enough for the white people shopping though.

Good selection of clothes and shoes. However they do not carry all petite and curvy sizes in store which is a shame. The store associate, Darlene, was cold, unfriendly, and hostile despite me being polite. She did not greet me nor thanked me after my transaction.
