For the past 2yrs lucky dawg salon has groomed my two giant dogs (Newfoundland and St. Bernard) pricing is reasonable and staff very friendly and professional.

This was the first time I have used a mobile groomer. I have 2 beagles and one of them was only recently rescued from an animal testing facility. I've been avoiding her first grooming because I knew it would be really scary for her. The technician, Snow couldn't have been kinder and more understanding and she took great care of my dog. My other beagle is crazy and stubborn, and she also did really well. Communication with Lucky Dawg was easy and they were super friendly. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

I took my Chihuahua mix and terrier mix to Lucky Dawg today to get groomed. They've been groomed at other places previously however Lucky Dawg did the best grooming they've had in a long long time. I will admit they are a bit pricey, but it's very worth it! Another thing I noticed, is they both came out very relaxed. They're usually quite agitated after a grooming. Yes, I will be using Lucky Dawg from now on! Almost forgot / they were done in record time! 1 Hr 15 minutes.

My dog Lucy had so much fur and lucky dog did a great summer cut on him he looks so adorable ❤️

Carlos is Amazing. He is kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The mobile service is very convenient making an appointment was easy. Our groomer stayed in touch on His arrival time, and was punctual. Not only was he very friendly. My dogs have never looked better! We will be definitely become regulars. Thank you

I have called left messages on their mobile grooming voicemail twice and never receive a call back. They used to do a great job on our Maltese but I guess they don't need my business anymore.

I'm so sorry to write this review as I never do write bad ones but this one had to be done. I am not one to write on yelp like this but my dog was shaved down to his summer coat after growing it out after a few months. They said it wasn't an issue . I said let's trim him if needed-- I didn't want to cause any issues for them in the future. They called me at the beginning of the appointment and we decided if needed, he would be trimmed 1/2 an inch(nowhere near his summer coat). About 2 hours and some 20 minutes in, I received a call and she said there wasn't any matting but we'll have to charge you $50 extra because it's taking so long to dry him. I accepted the charge. We let his coat grow every winter. Don't care how long it takes. So naturally, I accepted it. I do it at home but for me I can't take this much time so I'd rather pay. My husband picked him up and was so confused as to what happened. He paid thinking I accepted this. Noodle was shaved to his summer coat. The groomer said everything was fine when she called , she never mentioned any de-matting or cutting his hair short. I told them if anything a slight trim from the beginning but on the second phone call she said it wasn't needed. He came home to his surprise that I spoke to them about it and they never mentioned anything else. I spoke to them at the beginning and when they were drying him. Nothing was mentioned about him potentially being shaved. He picked him up and asked the girl. She seemed to just say "I had to do what I had to do" and walk away. He tipped as well. I wish he knew about the conversations prior to picking him up.

Had a great experience with mobile groomer Carlos. He was kind and gentle with our anxious boxer and did a fast and thorough job. His coat is very soft now.

Been coming here for a few years because I've never found a better place to get my girl a bath!! The service is impeccable, prices are unbeatable. I love the quality of the bath & service!! Highly recommend. Shoutout to Hayden for being the sweetest!

I have been coming here for years. They pretend to have an English accent but they are rude. They have had employee turnovers. So the nice lady that used to groom my dog has left their organization. The people they have there now are very RUDE and the service today was so bad on my dog, they did it for free. Would not even recommend them for my pet rat. Lol. I would be careful coming here, because we could hear a dog crying very loud for a long time. They don’t let you in the building anymore and you can’t check on your dog.

Took my cat here to get groomed and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and Milo (my cat) has been walking around with a whole new level of confidence all week. 10/10 would recommend

This review is for their Mobile Dept.... We have used "Mike" for our beloved one eyed 19 lb. male for over 6 yrs. now. Thunder & Mike love one another & he comes back into our home looking like a handsome grey lion. Mike is beyond amazing & we adore him, as Thunder does too. I have used another groomer for our 2 smaller dogs for 4 yrs too; loved her too. Just decided to groom those 2 babies ourselves after awhile. We completely recommend Lucky Dawg, both mobile & salon, grooming. Never had one problem in over 6-7 yrs of business. Lucky Dawg truly cares about yours & your pet's happiness!! I've been using the mobile service for about 4-5 years now. My dog Lilly has gotten a little older and she doesn't get to get out much so I decided to switch to the salon. And they are just as good as mobile everyone was so nice and they said Lilly did great and she was so happy when she left. I know she can't wait to go back

Amazing salon. I've taken my dog to different groomers and this one is his favorite for sure. Nicole is great my dog is always happy after his grooming!
