Never coming here again, poor customer service from girl sitting on the chair behind the counter all up in her phone, she had serious RBF. I believe she said her name was Sky, doesn't greet you or offer help. I recommend the Citadel location, staff there is always friendly and treat you with courtesy.. the gal working at del amo didn't seem to want to work there

I received the rudest "service" from this store today. When I stated what i was looking for in a pair of jeans, instead of helping me, the associate quickly rattled off available styles. After a number of painful exchanges, she finally brings me a pair of jeans and lifts up the tag suggesting that i "take a picture next time" (so i know what i want). Incredulous, I just smile and walk out.

My review is an average of 2 back to back visits to the Del Amo store. I would give 5 stars for Wednesday and 0 stars for Thursday. Yesterday, Wednesday 7/26, I popped in to take a look at your jean selection. To my surprise, I didn't realize there was a store in Del Amo, the store at The Point in El Segundo had closed. Yesterday the store was bustling inside and your manager was pleasantly interactive and informative. Today, Thursday 7/27, I made time to come back to try on a few jeans with the intent to purchase 2 pairs. Upon entry into the store, there were 2 sales women behind the register looking at their phones. This was about 3 p.m. I found and pulled my sizes from the wall, tried them on, came out of the dressing room to exchange sizes and went to the register to pay. The 2 sales women were still behind the registers on their phones. No one asked to help me find sizes or if I needed anything while I was in the dressing room. Other than cashing me out, it was 100% self help service. I thought those who would care would like to know.

Horrible customer service. Clearly, this company has completely given up and could care less about their customers. They wouldn't accept a simple return with a receipt stating that they can't take a return if purchased using Pay Pal. Later, I called customer service to verify and Lucky Customer Service stated that is not policy and a store can accept a return if purchased using Pay Pal. But then Customer Service wanted to charge me $8.00 just to ship a return label, no exceptions, even after being lied to at the store. No wonder why this brand is tanking. Horrible and unacceptable customer service.

Rudest customer expletive I have ever had. Sales rep dahlia ? I believe is her name trolled me in the jeans section ... blocked me from looking at jeans and then told me I as a customer am not allowed to touch the merch .. then when I clarified if that is what she meant she is like "no" lies girl lies... I know trash customer service when it's presented to me. I have worked with ppl for nearly 20 years and would never make them feel like this, as if I was going to rob their store of $40 jeans ... come on???? She is rude and needs a class in customer service , I would not recommend this store to anyone unless they are looking to be treated like garbage. Have a great evening dahlia , I hope no one ever treats you like you just treated me .

Let me start by saying I've been buying Lucky brand for about 25 years. I use to go to stores that sold the jeans back when they didn't have lucky stores. So I've been wearing Lucky for a while. Just like everyone after the holidays had a few items to return because of the size. So I walked in and advised the employee I had a return(with a gift receipt). So she scanned away and told me that I would be able to exchange only. No problem there. Shopped around and didn't find anything that caught my eye. So I said asked if it would be ok to get a gift card. Makes sense right? Well I was told I couldn't get one and had to bring everything back with the receipt. Kinda an inconvenience. Especially for a big retailer like Lucky. Not exactly a mom and pop store. Went to Macys for the same thing and was offered a gift card at the register. No questions asked. Maybe Lucky should revisit their return policies.

I was shopping with 3 year old for the fourth weekend the fat lady was so rude to me and my 3 year old I guess shes on her period that’s why she’s tripping. She ruined my entire holiday. I was going spend $500 worth of clothes and she just gave her attitude. How can you hire someone who has 0 customer service.
