As far as there online services hit and miss. They will send you whatever they have closest to it. I purchased online a specific one and nothing got sent, I called and he said they did have them and he will send them. So I said cool keep the money. Called back and said they didn't have them but they have another flavor. I said ok I'll take that. After 2 weeks of waiting and calling, hard to get him on phone..I got my order today and it was the one I never wanted. I'd rather of had my money refunded. I'm just not going to give them anymore of my business. I've dealt with worse. But they're are better online vape stores with effective service and accommodations.

Ordered my vapes a weeka go online. The customer service was nice at first when I called the next day about my order. Delayed day after day. Called multiple times..no answer. Called today and ignored. While I was calling, my order was magically canceled over the phone. This company made me wait a week to just cancel my order. No care for e-commerce customers. Highly unprofessional. I can't speak to their in store service, I'm sure that's great but as far as their online sales department they are horrible. They are running a clothing store and vape store at once, so it makes sense. I'm sure they don't care about my opinion, but I'm pretty disappointed. I had high hopes for this company and would have ordered from them over and over, but I guess for me, as a customer, I don't really matter. Pretty sad. I would have liked a reason for cancelation after a week of wasted time. Thanks LowKey. Order #242

This is the kind of spot in your local neighborhood where you can find some Gems...& that is exactly what happened to me...I bought the DOPEST T-Shirt...i passed this place by a few times before I stopped...I am glad I did & I will definitely be back
