All the workers at Lowes are very unprofessional, they promise one thing and then they tell you something else once it's the delivery date just to make a sale. I will never purchase anything at Lowes.

I would like to give a big shout out to all of the employees of this Lowe's. For numerous times I have come to this store not even once I have not been offered an excellent help. Today, their employee named Oscar went exceptionally helpful for me to find the items I needed for my project. I just hope that all stores will always have great customer service just like this Lowe's.

Ordered the patio set which was easy and a pleasant experience in store. Delivery was a different story. I paid for delivery and assembly. When the delivery team called they stated they received an order but no assembly when I paid for it. I called Lowe's they said to contact the delivery team since a third party. I call the delivery team and they say to speak to Lowe's. Very frustrating experience.

Beverly in Home Decor was extremely patient and helpful in ordering custom made blinds for me. We had a special and unusual situation with one window and she was instrumental to getting the right measurements - she sent Lowe's third party company out twice to measure the window to make sure the blinds worked for us. I can't say enough good things about Beverly; I highly recommend her services.

I am now a Lowe's customer. This goes for everything that I might need for my home and garden. I was going to the other place and found that they consistently don't answer the phone, and when you are there in person, you cannot find anyone to help you. Today I reached out to Lowe's in Torrance on Skypark via phone and reached a person right away. That nice person referred me to Victor in the flooring department to help me. Victor was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, talking with me about the different types tiles that I could use for my bathroom renovation. He went to the shelves twice to pull samples for me to look at online, and made some recommendations for me that have proven to be very helpful. I switched my order from the other place and am happy to be dealing with a company that provides excellent customer service. P.S. As I was typing this review, a notification came across that my order was ready at Lowe's. :-) So Happy!!!

I was looking for an outdoor sink and Kevin from dept -(aisle 37) sink area greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. He helped me from the beginning to the end from finding the accessories that I needed for the sink to giving his knowledge regarding the product. Thanks Kevin!! You made my visit enjoyable. It's great to know that there are still people who take the time to talk to customers and lend a hand. Thank you, Kevin!

It's clear they don't care about complaints at the store because I can see no one follows up on Yelp. Today the woman working in the garden section at 1:20 PM stout with a hat on was beyond rude to me! She helped the people in front of me no problem and then she proceeded to wipe down some stuff and do other things and she had a wet cloth in her hand and was putting some things in the register and I had my 87-year-old mom in the car for a doctor appointment next door. I ran in real quickly just to grab some heavy bags of potting soil and she never even acknowledged me there was no one else in line. The people in front of me left and I kept waiting for her to bring me up so finally I said I have an appointment next door in 10 minutes can you bring me up and she said it would be better if I came back because the system is slow!! I just saw her ring the people in front of me up no problem and if it was slow why didn't she acknowledge me and tell me system was slow in the beginning! She was trying to power trip me. I didn't complain to the manager but I'm not sure he's going to do anything but the bottom line is Lady, I hope that you don't ever have to be a caregiver and try to do things in a hurry and someone treat you the same way. Karma is a b!$th!

It shocks me that in the year 2023 we still have people ignorant enough to say in front of customers racist remarks, my husband was in the bathroom at this location washing his hands and a worker came in and I guess somebody had made a mess in there and he told his boss "must be one of those wet back mother$#@. My husband is Mexican so this was extra absurd. Poor choice in employee and obviously manager who's okay with the remark.

Terrific customer service! Jessica/Manager and Jocelyn. Our 1st choice fridge was not in stock with a 2-3 month wait. As we were leaving (I was on the phone with an out of state supplier to see if we could order it thru them), the manager came out (with an injured ankle no less), to let us know she located it! After a bit of digging, she found a cancelled customer order (the fridge was in the back). Delivery tomorrow =)

Personally, I like this Lowes. You will find plenty of parking, nice employees and a good selection of most anything you would need from a home improvement store. For whatever reason, the negative reviews have to do with on-line orders or calls into the store. If you visit the store, you will find it to be clean, well organized and the customer service is on point. Today I got spot on assistance from 'Rolly' at the register and the ladies in the gardening section, made my experience easy! I find Lowe's to be one stop shopping for my home and gardening needs.

I don't usually write bad reviews buyer beware LOWE'S Sky Park, Dr. Torrance This is the first and last time will make any purchases from LOWE'SThe first time was to pick up a Refrigerator 45 just to get a pick-up ticket Then the sane guy 15 minutes what are you picking up? got home the wrong one and was re-box would bring it back and exchange it trip Gas And TimeSo I guess I did not learn my lesson this time I order Bqq LOWE'S Unable to Deliver Your Item definitely doesn't seem Customer Service is important don't make the mistake of going to LOWE'S Just go to Home DepotBest Buy every time I order from them Great service

If you're in need of plumbing support, seek out Kevin in the plumbing department. He's extremely patient and passionate about his job performance. He'll try his best to answer any questions or concerns with your plumbing project.Another passionate staff member is Ms Sheri, one of the cashier clerks. She greets you with a large smile and eager to make sure your purchase goes smoothly.The only drawback is, this store always seems to have no bags in stock!
