Beware!! Enter at your own risk. It's sooooo hard to leave this store without buying something. They have EVERY pop animation merch from around the world, starting with an awesome Funko Pop collection. Every inch of the store is covered in American & Japanese paraphernalia. You'll definitely be leaving your money if you enter this place with a kid or girl. You've been warned.

Cute stuff, but didn't appreciate one of the workers glaring at me like I was going to steal. Had a magnet left on a pair of pairs I bought at H&M that activated the alarm and she took my entire bag even after I bought over $40 of stuff and showed a receipt... Got it back after but don't think I'd ever go back after that :/

Terrible information torrance/del amo store gave, I went here 4/29/23 and bought a plush asked the associate about exchanging the item from all Loho stores and they said that yes they can exchange it on all loho stores. I returned 4/30/23 and they DENIED my exchange because the Valencia store wasn’t their store and that someone tried to copy it. They never told the associate I talked to about not taking return or exchange from Valencia store. And I never knew about it. Waste my driving for this terrible information. I will not shop here anymore and will talk to people I know what happened here. I would’ve given you more business if you just once let me do the exchange but I guess not. Will not be coming here anymore. By the way I buy the 100 dollar plush that people say it’s expensive, but for me I just wanted to help small businesses like this. Well after this incident not anymore.

The kids in the shop didn't know who Ultra Man was but when I described him one of them thought they had a statue. Turns out she was right? It made my husband's birthday extra special. Thank you guys soo much. I will be bad as soon as I can ?

This spot is a gem ?! I found everything pokemon here that my sons into, they have e so much killer stuff in here its super awesome! Plus the staff here is AMAZING, SUPER ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.
