I am so very happy that I found this shop!!! The customer service is a 10; Paul is s 20!!! The entire staff was very accommodating and quieted all of my fears. I have owned my car since 2011 and this is the First time anyone other than the dealer has ever serviced my car. This shop took very good care of me all in one day when the dealer said it would take three days and I would need to rent a car while I waited. I am so Relieved, Happy and Feeling Quite Blessed!!!

These guys are the best. They tracked down a hard-to-find part for my older model car. We hit a little hiccup on the repair work, but my man Angel handled the whole process smoothly. I've been going to Walt's since Walt was there...about 33 years now. And every time I just feel glad I have some mechanical guys I can always trust. Thanks again, Angel!

Walt’s was packed yesterday when we had my wife’s car towed there. There was a new problem w/ the automatic shifting gear. Walt’s mechanics jumped on it! They took the console apart, found the problem, put in the new part and had the car ready an hour before closing time! And we got a big AAA discount. BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP in all the South Bay!!! ??????

Appointment was for Tuesday because they were very busy on Monday. Took car in on Monday morning because was in area. Two hours later it was done.

Service was great. My car had a engine check light issue which was identified in the diagnostic codes and the resolution was to replace the weak battery and the positive cable. Paul was able to expedite the cable and got the car done at the end of the day. I greatly appreciate his extra effort to get my car road ready. They also kept me posted with information along the way. Will be visiting again for future work.

Friendly service. Needed repairs are clearly explained. Very happy to have a driver to take me home and back. Easy to schedule appointments. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.
I can always count on Paul to clearly explain what needs to be done.

Of course 5 Stars!
I had sorta a dilemma and explained to Victor and his extremely courteous customer service kicked in with understanding our situation said back your car up to our front door so your wife can have a very short walk inside to sit down and we will get right on it.
Minutes later he came in and explained there was going to be a longer time as they ran into a problem. I’m so excited that Victor came in and let us know it was going to take longer.
They were able to complete in a timely manner and we were on our way. Folks, this type of service is what us people in our 70’s are use to. So very happy with Lion’s…. Yep, earning our trust for a mechanic for our vehicles.
