You pretty much know what is going to inside every Levi Store, and this was no different. On Black Friday, everything in the store was 40% off, so was a great time to buy the popular styles that rarely go on sale for that much. As expected, the lines for the dressing rooms were very long, so a lot more efficient if you already what Levi size is for you. The checkout lines were messy, not really clear where you were supposed to go. I guess if you knew your size, you could always order from their on-line store since the same 40% off sale was happening there as well.

On Monday, I left the store in tears because I was just so angry with Levi's. A week ago, I bought 2 pairs of their Wedgies but one of them (black) needed to be hemmed. I told the cashier I want the original hem on my pants and even pointed at the book that shows 3 different hemming styles: raw, standard, and original. The cashier said, "oh the original hem is $30." I said, "wow, that's pretty expensive because my seamstress charges $15 and has done wonderful jobs with my jeans/pants, but whatever I want it done now. I'd like the original hem please!" The cashier rings me up and then promoted the membership. She said it's free and I'll get 30% off my entire purchase. I said, "wonderful! Sign me up then." She signs me up and then says, "oh, since you signed up your hemming is free!" I said, "I love that!" She hands me my receipt, I shoved it in my purse and I walked out a happy camper.I came back a couple days later to pick up my jeans and a different employee handed me my jeans. Immediately I noticed something was off. I asked the rep to show me the original jeans so I can compare the two and see what's off about my new pants. Right away I realized I was given the "standard" hem and not the "original" hem. I asked, "why was I given the standard and not the original which was what I requested?" The employee said they give free STANDARD hem when you sign up for the membership and the original hem is not free. Frustrated, I told the employee that I was not informed about that fine piece of information nor was I given the option to decide whether or not I wanted the free standard hem or pay $30 for the original hem. I would have paid $30 for the original hem because I've already decided that I wanted the original! The store manager joined the conversation and told me that the seamstress that did my hem will be back on Sunday and I can speak with her to see if I can still get the original hem. I came back on Sunday and spoke with the seamstress. Holding the two bottom pieces that she cut off my jeans, the seamstress said she was able to give me the original hem at no charge. Happy and relieved, I said that's great news!I returned the following day (yesterday) to pick up my jeans. A different cashier handed me the pants and instantly I saw that the hem still looks standard. I asked the employee what she thought the hemming looks like to her and she confirmed that it's standard. I explained the situation and suggested I am either given a brand new pants with no alterations because at this point I don't trust them and their seamstress, or give me my money back. Instead, a different shift manager comes by and says the hemming is in fact original but it looks different because it's "not done by a machine" and the fabric is stretchy so it'll look different. Says sorry and handed me my jeans. In translation, "tough sh*t, honey." I lost all strength to argue with Levi's and just walked out in tears. Because I know that information is a damn lie. My mom has been a seamstress for decades and has been hemming my pants and jeans for a really long time, and my hemming always look original! The issue is that my mom is a lot older now and eyes aren't that great. Additionally, my current seamstress have hemmed a few of my jeans and some are stretchy--all have that original look. I love Levi's jeans but I don't trust their seamstresses or their version of the original hem. My experience with this store was just pitiful.

Great selection, outstanding customer service, and a very cool manager. Needed to do an exchange and it was painless. Don't need many more words than that to explain how good this place is. If you're in the neighborhood, this is *the* place to go for Levi's.

This Levis store is super amazing. We got two custom jackets customized with embroidery by Mallory and she absolutely killed it (in the best way possible)I am so happy and will always go to this Levis for great deals plus customizations

The service is excellent and the in-store alterations service is very convenient.They hemmed my new jeans and they were available to pick up 2 days layer.

We walked in to do a return which we purchased online. Jasmin greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to the store. She was tagging a return n we inquired about the jacket and she informed it was on-sale. And there were other items also on sale in the back area. She was able to fulfill our return transaction with ease. The store associates are all very helpful and answered all our questions.We then asked Jazmin to check to see if there was a size L in a long sleeve we were looking for. She was able to tell us that they did not have the size L but there was a M and XL. So we just took the 3 long sleeves they had in a L. She also rang us up and reminded us about the jacket and that it was also on sale but it was in an XXL. So that was a no go. She went above and beyond to help us with all of our transactions all with a smile and a couple of laughs. She has great customer service and definitely takes pride in knowing everything about the products that they carry. All in all we appreciated her smile and just her willingness to help us out. She's amazing and we will definitely be back to this location for all our Levi needs amd hopefully Jazmin will be working. The Mister only wears Levi's.

Incredibly friendly staff and helpful manager made this an easy choice. Bought a pair if $13 Levi's, took them here to change out the back label, small tag and button. Was around $20, and well worth it. Didn't know they alter, add and have many other services there. Saw a bunch of other clothing that I'd come back for later. 100% A+!
