Awesome front staff and the doctor is outstanding. Took on a family of 4 and patiently worked us into their schedule.
We were going to the LensCrafters at the mall and they cancelled half our appointment for being 15 minutes late. So we left and went here instead (inside Macy’s). Parking in the covered second floor structure gave us a way in and out for appointments instead of walking an entire parking lot outside.
Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend them. Their patience with my family and everyone around us was exceptional.

I recently went to pick up my contact lenses, which took over two months to arrive. To get to the main point, the contacts from my original order had faulty pairs; they were cloudy and even broke inside my eye. I requested replacements for them. After a frustrating series of interactions, I received a call informing me that my contacts were finally ready for pick up.
When I asked if I could have a bottle of Opti-Free solution, she informed me that it was only available for customers purchasing contacts. Based on her tone during our numerous phone conversations, I anticipated her refusal and was not surprised by her response. It was evident that she was not inclined to provide good customer service, and she upheld that expectation. I even told her that I knew she would say no. She could have chosen to be accommodating, but instead, she opted to be unkind, just as she had been during our previous interactions regarding my contacts. I have decided that I will not return to this establishment again.

On 09-13-23, I purchased MK sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut in Macy's for $140.00 and filled the prescription at LensCrafters in Macy's. I was told on 09-13-23 that I could bring the frames to Sunglass Hut and receive a new frame for $40.00 and pay the difference if the frames were higher than I originally purchased. LensCrafters told me I could get new lenses, provided they were under a one-year warranty. When I went to LensCrafters, they told me I could not get new lenses for the MK sunglasses I had already purchased from Sunglass Hut on 08-08-24.
I have been with LensCrafters customers since 2015 and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of eyewear since then---until yesterday. LensCrafters in Macy's should have given me accurate information; otherwise, I would have made a different choice. LensCrafters should honor their agreement with me and allow me to replace the prescription for the new MK sunglasses I purchased yesterday.

What a great experience! My first pair of glasses… ugh, still in denial. However, the team at the LensCrafters in Macy’s at Del Amo Mall was phenomenal! From greeting me when I first entered, to their continued interaction, support and care and on to my exam they were very attentive. Explaining all of the differences and options helped me be at ease with my purchase. I was helped by a lady (forgot her name), Jessica (extremely patient and thorough) and Dr. Lakhani (kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional). A huge thank you to these individuals and all on the team there!
