I have a bracelet I bought in Hawaii 30 years ago. It was personalized with my name in black enamel. My name recently had disappeared. I brought it into this shop and was able to have my name put back on. The repair was done within a week. Repair fee was super reasonable. My bracelet looks brand new. I'm so happy. I wear this bracelet everyday. Thank you !

Twenty years ago when my fiancé and I were living in Los Angeles preparing for our wedding it was really important to him that we have traditional Hawaiian wedding bands with each others names on them. His mom and dad had them and he really loved them (his parents have recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary ). It was hard back in 2003 to find a jewelry store that would make our wedding rings the way we wanted, so we were so happy to find Leilani Jewelry. They had incredible customer service and made the process easy and fun. After we got married we moved for grad school to Nevada, then moved to Washington for family (had two beautiful babies) and work, then about ten years ago we were happy to move back to Los Angeles. About a year ago my husband's car was broken into and he had forgotten some sunglasses, his wedding band, and some other things, and they were all stolen. We bought him a replacement band off of Etsy, but it never felt right to him. I called Leilani... I wasn't sure if they were still in business since so many businesses suffered during the pandemic and some didn't make it. I was happy to hear that they are still in business! I asked if we could have his ring remade, and he said that he could check his records and he may have the exact invoice from 20 years ago so it could be made exactly the same (down to specific engraving on the inside). Well, the bookkeeping award of the century goes to Leilani Jewelry because they found the invoice and were able to make the exact ring! I also decided to get another ring for me as well, since 20 years of wearing it everyday all the time wore down most of the beautiful design. This week I received our rings in the mail and am so incredibly happy with them! What a wonderful 20th anniversary present! Thank you so much for your incredible customer service over the past 20 years!

I'm so glad I chose this shop to have my opal ring resized and herkimer ring fixed after the stone fell out. Both of them are absolutely perfect now. Tad is super helpful and I recommend him for repairs and beautiful jewelry. One of these days I'll actually purchase a nice piece from him!

The service here is excellent and the prices are very competitive. They've cleaned my ring as well as rebuilt a broken prong and replaced a small stone.

The diamond on my ring slipped off & Tad had it repaired within 2 days! He's so friendly and welcoming, and did a great job. He was able to repair my ring for $15 when other jewelers were asking for upwards of $120, so he's definitely more reasonably priced than others in this area.

We recently brought in 2 of my wife's bracelets for repair. A few days later their both broken again. Not happy with the quality of the repairs. Will not recommend or return there.

Extraordinary service . Tad is super knowledgeable and fair . I brought my wedding rings to be resized he did it in a timely manner , cleaned the rings and told me about the diamond quality . I have recommended him to friends and family . It is so hard to find an honest jeweler now a days , it is always scary to take your diamonds somewhere thinking they might change the stone , if you go to Leilani's you can be sure it won't happen .

My mother recently gave me a special necklace that was my grandpa's, whom I never met. So its a very special piece. I needed a new clasp so that it felt safe to wear. I brought it into Tad and he filled me in on what was going to be most secure. he also told me that he was going to polish it for me. I went in when I got back from my road trip and am extremely happy with the clasp and the new shine that my grandpas necklace has. I can tell that Tad took his time and was careful with my grandpas necklace. It has been revived!! I love it and wear it everyday. Thanks Tad!

My entire family has been going to Tad for the past 25 years for all of our jewelry needs. He's repaired multiple gold chains and anklets. Resized and repaired gold rings. My mom and Aunt have also purchased customized jewelry from him as well. Tad does amazing work!

Thank you, Tad! I did a ton of research and waited a long time before choosing someone to resize my platinum set wedding ring. I am so happy that I trusted all of Tad's positive and true reviews. Not only did he discover for me that one of my side diamonds was fake . . . other jewelers had missed it . . . his attention to detail also noted something that had been bugging me for years--my center diamond had been set just a smidge crooked. You could only see it if you stared at my ring sideways, so I just ignored it. Thankfully, Tad didn't ignore it. He fixed it! His work on the resizing is amazing! And Tad and his diamond guy picked out a perfect replacement diamond for my side stone. I would recommend Tad to anyone.
