“I brought a pair of pants I had only worn twice and the zipper had caught the tape and wouldn't zip up anymore. I spent a lot on these pants and don't feel that skilled in my sewing abilities, so I went to Yelp and found Susan's.I came in on a Tuesday and Susan assessed the zipper replacement and quoted $20. There was no rush for my repair so she said she could have it ready by Saturday. I was so pleased to see how nicely the new zipper was sewn in and for a very reasonable price! Thank you! I'll definitely be retuning next time I need alterations!”

“I have been going to this location for my dry cleaning needs for years and not only do they have the best customer service, but they do the best job of dry cleaning better than anyone in our neighborhood. They are also very good at repairing clothing as well. I have a very expensive Saint Laurent jacket that I only trust with them because I know they will get it done right without damaging it I highly recommend them you won't regret it!!!”

“They did a great job on my dress. I went to the beach and had professional photos taken. One of the photos I had to get on the rocks and tar got all over my dress. My dress was all white with pink florals. I don't know how he did it but he got it out. I was amazed .”

“I rarely need dry cleaning or alterations but I found this place near my house and the service was exceptional. I called on a Saturday to have tailoring done to my suit and requested to have it ready by Wednesday. However, something came up and wasn't able to go in until Monday and the nice lady still took me in and promised it would be ready by Wednesday! That's amazing considering they had many other clients and a pretty hefty order. Prices were fair $12 for a hem, $36 for taper, $36 for shortening suit jacket! Will continue to support this business.”

“People should know that this laundromat is in a high density area with many apartments. That means theres really busy times and the clientele is diverse. The owner does a good job of keeping things running smoothly. The employees do their best despite a lot of demanding people. During Covid it was difficult to get maintenance on the machines as before. The utilities went sky high for the operation. This laundry provided a good service to the community in tough times when people wouldn't wear masks or be courteous to staff. But the business stayed open. The Fluff and Fold service is very good! Please remember to tip the ladies if they do a good job, they work hard for you.”
