I spent a lot on these pants and don't feel that skilled in my sewing abilities, so I went to Yelp and found Susan's.I came in on a Tuesday and Susan assessed the zipper replacement and quoted $20. There was no rush for my repair so she said she could have it ready by Saturday. I was so pleased to see how nicely the new zipper was sewn in and for a very reasonable price! Thank you! I'll definitely be retuning next time I need alterations!”

“They did a great job on my dress. I went to the beach and had professional photos taken. One of the photos I had to get on the rocks and tar got all over my dress. My dress was all white with pink florals. I don't know how he did it but he got it out. I was amazed .”
“The owner accidentally shrank and damaged an expensive comforter that had been imported from Japan. When I went to pick it up, the owner immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized profusely. Furthermore, he fully refunded my money for that and one other item that was not damaged at all, and even went so far as to drive all the way to Koreatown so he could replace the comforter with a comparable comforter imported from Korea. We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with them that defines our character. The family that owns this business showed their honest and sincere character in this episode and deepened my respect for them in the process. A community is made up of people, and I feel fortunate to have the owners of Sharon’s dry cleaners in ours. I will continue to support their business so they can remain an integral part of our community. I hope you do too. Especially because they are great dry cleaners apart from being people of high character.”

“I rarely need dry cleaning or alterations but I found this place near my house and the service was exceptional. I called on a Saturday to have tailoring done to my suit and requested to have it ready by Wednesday. However, something came up and wasn't able to go in until Monday and the nice lady still took me in and promised it would be ready by Wednesday! That's amazing considering they had many other clients and a pretty hefty order. Prices were fair $12 for a hem, $36 for taper, $36 for shortening suit jacket! Will continue to support this business.”

They had my laundry done within a day, and thoughtfully and carefully folded and organized all of my laundry. They treated my laundry better than I do myself, so no complaints at all from me.”

“Excellent service and great people! I took two gowns to the store. One was stained and the other had sweat marks because I danced the night away at my cousins wedding. Both dressed cleaned and retuned to me in pristine condition, no smell of chemicals, and with no stains on them! The guys there were very honest and told me they weren’t sure if the stains would come out and I really appreciated their honesty. I recommend this dry cleaner to anyone looking to get their clothing professionally cleaned.”
