Evan my service advisor was exceptional in helping me to keep my new Range Rover in the best condition. Evan is extremely courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of my New Range Rover so it is a breeze to drop off my vehicle, have it serviced then pick it up. No hassles no headache. Highly recommend Evan and he deserves a big raise !

My range rover has been there for 10 DAYS and their service department has not even lifted the hood to inspect it yet. Worst location. Take your car elsewhere that has the decency to answer a phone call.

The entire staff that I worked with during my experience was phenomenal! Hats off to both Sabino Garcia, David Garcia and Kian Khalifeh. My wife and I were made to feel at home, there was no pressure and everyone was very personable.

Theres never any loaner cars available when your car is in service. Service price really expensive. No one at service calls back to schedule an appointment. Had to drive in to actually schedule an appointment.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. The level of unprofessionalism and deceit I encountered was truly astonishing.
My primary issue was with one of their salespeople, Shawn. From the very beginning, Shawn's behavior was unprofessional. He consistently provided misleading information and made false promises to lure me into visiting the dealership. He assured me over the phone that the car I was interested in was available and even gave me specific details to entice me. However, when I arrived, it quickly became clear that his claims were nothing more than bait and switch tactics.
The car Shawn promised was nowhere to be found, and he attempted to push me towards other vehicles that were either more expensive or didn't meet my needs. His demeanor changed drastically once I questioned him about the discrepancies. He became evasive and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility for his dishonesty.
Overall, my experience with this dealership and Shawn, in particular, was extremely negative. The combination of unprofessional behavior, blatant lies, and bait and switch tactics has left a lasting impression on me, and not in a good way. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership and avoid dealing with Shawn if you value honesty and professionalism.

We were very pleased with the Service Department and especially our service writer (Tom) and the Technician that performed the service on our Sport! I am disappointed with the MFR! There is no reason that they should not be at the LA Auto Show in November! Is it because the MFR IS EMBARRASSED BY WHAT THEY DID TO THE JAGUAR LINEUP? OR IS IT THAT THEY JUST DON'T HAVE ANY NEW AND EXCITING PRODUCTS (LIKE THE DEFENDER WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO)! So while I am very happy with JLR South Bay- I have been a loyal JLR customer and believe that the MFR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) OR THE CUSTOMER BASE ANYMORE!

Our Range Rover has had some nagging, but intermittent issues and Steven has been suburb in troubleshooting the issues and keeping us informed along the way. While no one is happy when their vehicle is in for service, at least with Steven, you know where you stand, and you know that it will be fixed right the first time.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY. I GOT CERTIFIED WITH WARRANTY FROM THEM , FEW MONTHS LATER CAR BROKE AND THEYRE SAYING ONLY SOME STUFF IS COVERED JOEL FROM SERVICE CHARGING US TO FIX OUR CAR THAT IS UNDER CERTIFIED WARRANTY. BAD DEALERSHIP DONT BUY!!!!
