Finally gave up waiting after 50 minutes. Had expected to get in within 15 minutes as the admin at the front had told me, but checked in continually, and each time I was 5 to 7 people from the front. Really wish I had gone to another location rather than wasting almost an hour at this one.

Staff are very nice, but the posted office hours are wrong in Google map. The management is evidently active on this site, yet they neglect to update their office hours. Opens at 0830, not 0800.

I never liked getting my blood drawn but was able to handle it relatively well. I am a cancer survivor however, and over the years, something happened to me psychologically that made me progressively feel dread about getting my blood drawn. I specifically go to this location for the best phlebotomist I've ever encountered in Jose. He is professional, patient, kind and gentle with his blood draw. He along with all the other staff members I've interacted with here are true professionals. People who complain of wait times shouldn't if they are walking in and don't have schedules appointments.

I had my lab test recently and apparently they misplaced my urine test but their reason was I didn't give them enough even though I gave them half of it which was what they told me to do.

I loved the way reception staff handled the crowd in the waiting room. There were many of us. But them lady at reception was very fast and responsive to each person who was entering and clear instructions given for what to do and where to wait depending on they have an appointment or not. She pulled up my profile even though I didn’t have my bar code or insurance handy. Also the phlebotomist (Natasha) was very profesional, fast and painless!! I’d definitely come back! Labcorp staff keep up your hard work!

I normally don’t review, but I am today.? I took my daughter in there this morning for some routine blood work. Our phlebotomist, Natasha was the coolest, and most sweetest medical professional, that I’ve come across in a while. The whole crew was cool, efficient, and fast.

It's painful to come to this labcorp location but they're the only one that stays open late that is close to me. I just bite the bullet each time I go and keep the conversation to a minimum. Most of the staff should retire, seriously. It shows ? ? ? how miserable they are. I want to give them half a star for being open late. This post requires you to put at least a star. Not deserving

Jose gave me incorrect info on what the drug panel covered & I ended up calling my doctor & having them fax an urgent request to Lab Corp for nothing! Jose also wrote my cell number down wrong so I sat in my car for over an hour. I called & no one answered the phone. I finally went upstairs & checked. He was good at drawing my blood, however.

Mr. Jose at the front desk is rude and unkind. I strongly recommend that LabCorp intervene with customer service retraining. I manage in healthcare member services and find this treatment of humans very sad. My mother is elderly and thankfully I was present to help navigate this disservice. She would have not known the first thing about registering herself in their lobby Kiosk or calling the provider on her own to resend the lab order and I am confident Mr. Jose would not have assisted her. Unfortunate!!
